Le projet vise à ce que chaque jeune accompagné dispose d’un parcours de formation en compétences-clés adapté à ses besoins qui seront identifiés au cours d’un processus méthodologique de bilan de compétences (mise en place d'ateliers de pédagogie personnalisée, capitalisation des compétences des jeunes par un e-portfolio). Les formations proposées seront basées sur le cadre de références des compétences-clés du Forem établi sur le cadre de référence européen. (French)
