Since its inception in 1989 we have become a versatile and dynamic company in the field of welding technology and metalworking. And in a dynamic company and society, it is of course also important that our employees remain vital, fit and timely. Thanks to the subsidy sustainable employability, we have the opportunity to put a beautiful learning culture in the MDL. Thanks to this grant, we can make employees aware of the need for continuing learning. But also actively involved in the search for opportunities, for example, how we can continue to learn from each other. We want to map out exactly what skills we expect from our employees, to help and guide employees to an optimal level. In this way, they themselves remain good professionals and supportive forces and on the other hand we can continue to deliver the quality to the changing market. But we also want our employee to think critically whether there might be outside the metal or our field for training. In addition to the use of a learning culture, it is also very important that our forces work in a safe and healthy working environment. The market is getting faster and more dynamic, this also requires other things for our employees. Through the subsidy DI, we can look critically at this together with employees and come up with solutions. So that we can keep all our strengths fit and sustainable. Because we are proud of our people and as an employer I want to do everything I can to keep these people healthy, fit and involved, or sustainable. (English)

    Wij zijn sinds de oprichting in 1989 uitgegroeid tot een veelzijdige en dynamische onderneming op het gebied van lastechniek en metaalbewerking. En in een dynamische onderneming en maatschappij is het natuurlijk ook van belang dat onze medewerkers vitaal, fit en bij de tijd blijven. Dankzij de subsidie duurzame inzetbaarheid hebben we de mogelijkheid om binnen MDL een mooie leercultuur in de zetten. Wij vinden het namelijk van belang dat we een compleet pakket aan laswerkzaamheden voor bedrijven en particulieren kunnen blijven bieden. De techniek groeit, mogelijkheden groeien en het is ook van belang dat onze medewerkers deze werkzaamheden uit kunnen blijven voeren voor onze klanten. Dankzij deze subsidie kunnen we medewerkers bewust maken van de noodzaak van het blijven leren. Maar daarnaast ook actief betrekken in het zoeken naar mogelijkheden hoe we bijvoorbeeld van elkaar kunnen blijven leren. We willen in kaart brengen welke vaardigheden we exact van onze medewerkers verwachten, om medewerkers te helpen en begeleiden naar een optimaal niveau. Op deze manier blijven zij zelf goede vakspecialisten en ondersteunende krachten en kunnen wij anderzijds de kwaliteit blijven leveren aan de veranderende markt. Maar ook willen we onze medewerker kritisch laten nadenken of er misschien buiten de metaal of ons vakgebied wensen Voor opleiding liggen. Naast de inzet van een leercultuur vinden we het ook van groot belang dat onze krachten werken in een veilig en gezond werkklimaat. De markt wordt steeds sneller en dynamischer, dit vraagt ook andere zaken voor onze medewerkers. Middels de subsidie DI kunnen we hier samen met medewerkers kritisch naar kijken en oplossingen bedenken. Zodat we al onze krachten fit en duurzaam kunnen behouden. Want wij zijn trots op onze mensen en als werkgever wil ik er alles aan doen om deze mensen ook gezond, fit een betrokken te houden, ofwel duurzaam inzetbaar. (Dutch)

    Desde sus inicios en 1989 nos hemos convertido en una empresa versátil y dinámica en el campo de la tecnología de soldadura y metalurgia. Y en una empresa y sociedad dinámicas, por supuesto, también es importante que nuestros empleados sigan siendo vitales, adecuados y oportunos. Gracias al subsidio de empleabilidad sostenible, tenemos la oportunidad de poner una hermosa cultura de aprendizaje en el MDL. Creemos que es importante seguir ofreciendo un paquete completo de trabajos de soldadura para empresas y particulares. La tecnología crece, las oportunidades crecen y también es importante que nuestros empleados puedan continuar llevando a cabo este trabajo para nuestros clientes. Gracias a esta beca, podemos sensibilizar a los empleados sobre la necesidad de continuar el aprendizaje. Pero también participa activamente en la búsqueda de oportunidades, por ejemplo, cómo podemos seguir aprendiendo unos de otros. Queremos trazar exactamente las habilidades que esperamos de nuestros empleados, para ayudar y guiar a los empleados a un nivel óptimo.
