The aim of the ESF trajectory is to reorganise the organisation of the work together with the employees, in order to reduce work stress and to be able to meet customer demand more smoothly and more quickly. The process is carried out jointly with the employees and this leads to increased motivation among employees and they take responsibility and show ownership for the whole. The employees have an influence on the organisation of the work and increase the self-control capacity of the employees and teams. In addition, together with the employees, a learning culture is created in which employees can develop their talents and where knowledge is optimally shared within the organisation. This leads to sustainably deployable, motivated and productive employees. (English)

    Kuyer Metaalwerken is een metaalbedrijf dat is opgericht in 1971. Het bedrijf heeft 65 FTE’s en klanten in Nederland, Duitsland en België. De basis van het bedrijf is het op klantspecificatie leveren van parts en machines in afmetingen van 10 tot 6000 mm en in verschillende seriegroottes. Vanwege de organisatiegroei en -drukte heeft Kuyer Metaalwerken te maken met personele uitdagingen. Kuyer Metaalwerken vindt het belangrijk dat medewerkers betrokken, arbeidsproductief, flexibel en creatief zijn en ziet hierin een duidelijke relatie met medewerkers die actief betrokken worden bij de verbetering van de organisatie van het werk. Kuyer Metaalwerken heeft Censor verzocht om samen met het management en de medewerkers te onderzoeken hoe het werk zodanig georganiseerd kan worden dat de medewerkers duurzaam, gemotiveerd en productief aan het werk blijven. Er is reeds een Plan van Aanpak beschikbaar, als gevolg van een voortraject dat bij Kuyer Metaalwerken is uitgevoerd. Het PvA vormt de basis voor dit implementatietraject. Het doel van het ESF-traject is om samen met de medewerkers de organisatie van het werk anders in te richten, teneinde de werkstress te verminderen en tevens soepeler en sneller aan de klantvraag te kunnen voldoen. Het proces wordt gezamenlijk met de medewerkers doorlopen en dit leidt ertoe dat de motivatie bij medewerkers toeneemt en zij verantwoordelijkheid nemen en eigenaarschap tonen voor het geheel. De medewerkers krijgen invloed op de inrichting van het werk en het zelfsturend vermogen van de medewerkers en teams vergroot. Samen met de medewerkers wordt bovendien een leercultuur gecreëerd waarin medewerkers hun talenten kunnen ontplooien en waarbij kennis optimaal wordt gedeeld binnen de organisatie. Debido al crecimiento organizacional y las presiones, Kuyer Metaalwerk tiene que hacer frente a los desafíos personales. Kuyer Metaalwerken considera importante que los empleados estén comprometidos, sean productivos, flexibles y creativos y vea una relación clara con los empleados que participan activamente en la mejora de la organización del trabajo. La base dell'azienda è quella di fornire parti e macchine in dimensioni da 10 a 6 000 mm e in diverse dimensioni di serie su specifiche del cliente. A causa della crescita organizzativa e delle pressioni, Kuyer Metaalwerk deve affrontare le sfide personali. Kuyer Metaalwerken ritiene importante che i dipendenti siano impegnati, produttivi del lavoro, flessibili e creativi e vede un rapporto chiaro con i dipendenti che sono attivamente coinvolti nel miglioramento dell'organizzazione del lavoro.
