    Hoog wil het werkvermogen van haar medewerkers ondersteunen. Omdat te bereiken wordt de adviseur van Bewegen Werkt ingezet bij de volgende activiteiten: 1. Effectmeting naar werkvermogen, gezondheid, leefstijl en werkomstandigheden. 2. Opstellen van een advies voor vervolgactiviteiten op punten waar nog onvoldoende resultaat op gehaald is of waar de meetwaarden aanleiding geven om te interveniëren. 3. Uitvoeren van individuele coaching op werkvermogen. 4. Uitvoering van groepscoaching, die bijdraagt aan het verhogen van het werkvermogen van onze medewerkers. Wij willen met de beschreven aanpak en activiteiten het volgende bereiken: 1. We bereiken met het onderzoek en de activiteiten 70% van onze medewerkers. 2. We krijgen inzicht in de resultaten van beleid in de afgelopen jaren. 3. We ondersteunen onze medewerkers én teams in hun werkvermogen, zodat we als organisatie het verzuim, tegen de landelijke trend van een stijging in, stabiel kunnen houden. (Dutch)

    High quiere apoyar la capacidad de trabajo de sus empleados. Debido a que para llegar al asesor de Bewegen Werkt se despliega en las siguientes actividades: 1. Medición del impacto por capacidad de trabajo, salud, estilo de vida y condiciones de trabajo. 2. Elaborar un dictamen para las actividades de seguimiento sobre los puntos en los que aún no se han alcanzado los resultados o en los que los valores de medición dan lugar a la intervención. 3. Realización de coaching individual sobre la capacidad de trabajo. 4. Implementación de coaching en grupo, lo que contribuye a aumentar la capacidad de trabajo de nuestros empleados. Con el enfoque y las actividades descritas, queremos lograr lo siguiente: 1. Con la investigación y las actividades alcanzamos el 70 % de nuestros empleados. 2. Misurazione dell'impatto per capacità di lavoro, salute, stile di vita e condizioni di lavoro. 2. Elaborare un parere per le attività di follow-up sui punti in cui i risultati non sono ancora stati raggiunti o dove i valori di misurazione danno luogo ad intervento. 3. Esecuzione individuale di coaching sulla capacità di lavoro. 4. Implementazione del coaching di gruppo, che contribuisce ad aumentare la capacità lavorativa dei nostri dipendenti.
