Reijnders B.V. wil graag inzicht in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van zijn medewerkers en inzicht in de flexibiliteit van de arbeidsorganisatie om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen door een meer preventief beleid te voeren op het gebied van ontwikkelmogelijkheden, flexibilisering en mobiliteitsmogelijkheden. Door middel van een scan kan het huidige vertrekpunt worden bepaald en geeft deze richting aan toekomstige, te ontwikkelen indicatoren, om medewerkers duurzaam op een prettige maar toch flexibele wijze in te zetten.
