The project Sustainable Business Improvement LQ Plastics aims to help the employees of LQ Plastics grow within the company. This means not only that they will develop their knowledge and skills, but will also grow in responsibilities and entrepreneurship. In doing so, it is important for both the employees and the company to work with pleasure and in a pleasant and healthy way, with attention to reversing the current corporate culture. Personal development plans are made for all employees, both at organisational and personal level, which will also increase the internal mobility of employees within the organisation. The organisation’s growth requires future-oriented employees, who are flexible and reflect on the objectives of the company and their personal objectives. To achieve the above, within the ESF DI trajectory, LQ Plastics will first seek an opinion for the preparation of the implementation plan. In addition, Tijnis Verhoeff, advisor at Thexton Armstrong, will also be collaborating with Tijnis Verhoeff for the implementation of the aforementioned goals. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Het project Duurzame bedrijfsverbetering LQ Kunststoffen is er op gericht om de medewerkers van LQ Kunststoffen mee te laten groeien binnen het bedrijf. Dat betekent niet alleen dat zij hun kennis en vaardigheden zullen ontwikkelen maar ook zullen groeien in verantwoordelijkheden en ondernemerschap. Daarbij is het van belang van zowel de medewerkers als de onderneming dat er met plezier en op een prettige en gezonde manier gewerkt kan worden, met aandacht voor het ombuigen van het huidige bedrijfscultuur. Voor alle medewerkers worden persoonlijke ontwikkelplannen gemaakt, zowel op organisatie- als persoonlijk niveau, waardoor ook de interne mobiliteit van de medewerkers binnen de organisatie vergroot zal worden. De ingezette groei van de organisatie vraagt om toekomstgerichte medewerkers, die flexibel zijn en meedenken over de doelstellingen van de onderneming en hun persoonlijke doelstellingen. Om het bovenstaande te realiseren wordt er binnen het ESF DI traject door LQ Kunststoffen eerst een advies ingewonnen voor het opstellen van het implementatieplan. Daarnaast zal ook voor de implementatie van de eerder genoemde doelen samengewerkt worden met Tijnis Verhoeff, adviseur bij Thexton Armstrong. (Dutch)

El proyecto Sustainable Business Improvement LQ Plastics tiene como objetivo ayudar a los empleados de LQ Plastics a crecer dentro de la empresa. Esto significa no solo que desarrollarán sus conocimientos y habilidades, sino que también crecerán en responsabilidades y espíritu empresarial. Al hacerlo, es importante tanto para los empleados como para la empresa trabajar con placer y de una manera agradable y saludable, con atención a invertir la cultura corporativa actual. Se elaboran planes de desarrollo personal para todos los empleados, tanto a nivel organizativo como personal, lo que también aumentará la movilidad interna de los empleados dentro de la organización. El crecimiento de la organización requiere de empleados orientados al futuro, que sean flexibles y reflexionen sobre los objetivos de la empresa y sus objetivos personales. Para lograr lo anterior, dentro de la trayectoria DI del FSE, LQ Plastics solicitará en primer lugar un dictamen para la preparación del plan de ejecución. Además, Tijnis Verhoeff, asesor de Thexton Armstrong, también colaborará con Tijnis Verhoeff para la consecución de los objetivos mencionados. (Spanish)

Il progetto Sustainable Business Improvement LQ Plastics mira ad aiutare i dipendenti di LQ Plastics a crescere all'interno dell'azienda. Ciò significa non solo che svilupperanno le loro conoscenze e competenze, ma cresceranno anche nelle responsabilità e nell'imprenditorialità. In questo modo è importante che sia i dipendenti che l'azienda lavorino con piacere e in modo piacevole e sano, con attenzione a invertire l'attuale cultura aziendale. Piani di sviluppo personale sono realizzati per tutti i dipendenti, sia a livello organizzativo che personale, che aumenterà anche la mobilità interna dei dipendenti all'interno dell'organizzazione. La crescita dell'organizzazione richiede dipendenti orientati al futuro, che siano flessibili e riflettano sugli obiettivi dell'azienda e sui loro obiettivi personali. Per ottenere quanto sopra, nell'ambito della traiettoria dell'FSE DI, LQ Plastics chiederà in primo luogo un parere per la preparazione del piano di attuazione. Inoltre, Tijnis Verhoeff, consulente di Thexton Armstrong, collaborerà con Tijnis Verhoeff per l'attuazione dei suddetti obiettivi. (Italian)
