By using vision session Stayokay wants to produce a vision document that is considered as a starting note for sustainable employability and/or vitality policies. We do expect that there will be various lifestyle topics including activities in the field of lifestyle, such as advice and coaching in the field of smoking cessation. From November 2018 to November 2019 we want to use the vision session and lifestyle activities. Stayokay aims to achieve the following with the described approach and activities: 1. All employees are familiar with the concept of Sustainable Employability and its importance for organisation and employees. 2. An organisation has been developed broad and supported vision and policy plan for sustainable employability with concrete short and medium-term goals. 3. The policy plan provides support for the identified activities in which employees can participate. 4. For the activity Stop smoking, we expect for whom it is relevant, 50 % of the employees will participate in the advice and coaching in this area. How do you intend to involve your employees in the implementation of this project? Door het inzetten van visiesessie wil Stayokay tot een visiedocument komen dat als startnotitie geldt voor het duurzaam inzetbaarheids- en/of vitaliteitsbeleid. We verwachten wel dat er diverse leefstijl onderwerpen uit zullen komen waaronder activiteiten op het gebied van leefstijl, zoals advies en coaching op het gebied van stoppen met roken voortkomen. Van november 2018 tot november 2019 willen we de visiesessie en leefstijl activiteiten inzetten. Stayokay wil met de beschreven aanpak en activiteiten het volgende bereiken: 1. Alle medewerkers zijn bekend met het concept Duurzame Inzetbaarheid en het belang hiervan voor organisatie en medewerkers. 2. Er is een organisatie brede en gedragen visie en beleidsplan voor duurzame inzetbaarheid ontwikkeld met concrete doelen voor korte en middellange termijn. 3. Vanuit het beleidsplan wordt draagvlak gecreëerd voor de vastgestelde activiteiten waar medewerkers aan kunnen deelnemen. 4. Voor de activiteit Stoppen met roken, verwachten we voor wie het relevant is, 50% van de medewerkers zal deelnemen aan het advies en coaching op dit vlak. Hoe bent u voornemens uw medewerkers te betrekken bij de uitvoer van dit project? Voor de visiesessie willen we een zo breed mogelijke vertegenwoordiging vanuit de organisatie uitnodigen zoals, het management team, P&O, lijnmanagement, OR en Arbo (Dutch)

Mediante el uso de la sesión de visión Stayokay quiere producir un documento de visión que se considere como una nota de partida para políticas sostenibles de empleabilidad o vitalidad. Esperamos que habrá varios temas de estilo de vida incluyendo actividades en el campo del estilo de vida, tales como consejos y coaching en el campo de dejar de fumar. De noviembre de 2018 a noviembre de 2019 queremos utilizar la sesión de visión y las actividades de estilo de vida. Stayokay tiene como objetivo lograr lo siguiente con el enfoque y las actividades descritos: 1. Todos los empleados están familiarizados con el concepto de Empleabilidad Sostenible y su importancia para la organización y los empleados. 2. Una organización ha desarrollado una visión amplia y apoyada y un plan de políticas para la empleabilidad sostenible con objetivos concretos a corto y medio plazo. 3. El plan político proporciona apoyo a las actividades identificadas en las que pueden participar los empleados. 4. Para la actividad Dejar de fumar, esperamos que para quien sea relevante, el 50 % de los empleados participarán en el asesoramiento y coaching en esta área. ¿Cómo piensa involucrar a sus empleados en la ejecución de este proyecto? Utilizzando la sessione di visione Stayokay vuole produrre un documento di visione che è considerato come una nota di partenza per politiche sostenibili di occupabilità e/o vitalità. Ci aspettiamo che ci saranno vari argomenti di stile di vita, tra cui attività nel campo dello stile di vita, come consigli e coaching nel campo della cessazione del fumo. Da novembre 2018 a novembre 2019 vogliamo utilizzare la sessione di visione e le attività di lifestyle. Stayokay mira a raggiungere i seguenti obiettivi con l'approccio e le attività descritti: 1. Tutti i dipendenti hanno familiarità con il concetto di occupabilità sostenibile e la sua importanza per l'organizzazione e i dipendenti. 2. Un'organizzazione ha sviluppato una visione ampia e sostenuta e un piano politico per l'occupabilità sostenibile con obiettivi concreti a breve e medio termine. 3. Il piano strategico fornisce sostegno alle attività individuate alle quali i dipendenti possono partecipare. 4. Per l'attività Smetti di fumare, ci aspettiamo per chi è rilevante, il 50 % dei dipendenti parteciperà alla consulenza e coaching in questo settore. In che modo intende coinvolgere i suoi dipendenti nell'attuazione di questo progetto?
