    ConstruSteel opereert in een markt (softwareontwikkeling) die continu in ontwikkeling is. Om in deze ontwikkelende markt mee te kunnen blijven gaan, vraagt dit veel van de medewerkers van ConstruSteel. ConstruSteel wil de ontwikkeling van de individuele medewerkers stimuleren zodat zij ook in de toekomst inzetbaar te blijven bij de veranderende vragen uit de markt. Om de betrokkenheid van de medewerkers te stimuleren, om persoonlijke ambities te kunnen faciliteren en om een leercultuur te bevorderen waarin medewerkers zich ontwikkelen om aan de veranderende vraag uit de markt te kunnen voldoen, wil ConstruSteel een project uitvoeren binnen de organisatie. Dat project start met een onderzoek naar de behoeften van management en medewerkers op thema’s zoals arbeidstijden(management), functie-eisen en (door)groeimogelijkheden. Dit onderzoek moet leiden tot een pragmatisch plan van aanpak waar ConstruSteel mee aan de slag kan.     ConstruSteel opera en un mercado (desarrollo de software) que está en constante evolución. Para continuar en este mercado en desarrollo, esto requiere muchos de los empleados de ConstruSteel. ConstruSteel quiere fomentar el desarrollo de los empleados individuales para que puedan seguir respondiendo a las cambiantes demandas del mercado. Con el fin de estimular la participación de los empleados, facilitar las ambiciones personales y promover una cultura de aprendizaje en la que los empleados se desarrollen para satisfacer la demanda cambiante del mercado, ConstruSteel quiere llevar a cabo un proyecto dentro de la organización. Este proyecto comienza con un estudio de las necesidades de la dirección y los empleados en temas como el tiempo de trabajo (gestión), los requisitos laborales y (a través de) oportunidades de crecimiento.     ConstruSteel opera in un mercato (sviluppo software) in continua evoluzione. Per continuare in questo mercato in via di sviluppo, ciò richiede molti dipendenti di ConstruSteel. ConstruSteel vuole incoraggiare lo sviluppo dei singoli dipendenti in modo che possano continuare a rispondere alle mutevoli esigenze del mercato. Al fine di stimolare il coinvolgimento dei dipendenti, facilitare le ambizioni personali e promuovere una cultura dell'apprendimento in cui i dipendenti si sviluppino per soddisfare le mutevoli richieste del mercato, ConstruSteel vuole realizzare un progetto all'interno dell'organizzazione. Questo progetto inizia con uno studio delle esigenze dei dirigenti e dei dipendenti su temi quali l'orario di lavoro (gestione), le esigenze di lavoro e (attraverso) le opportunità di crescita.
