Tausch gelooft in binden, boeien en business. Door de collega’s te binden en hen duurzaam inzetbaar te houden worden zij geboeid om te werken aan hun persoonlijke groei. Kort samengevat wordt op deze wijze lol in het werk gecreëerd. Op die wijze zal dit zonder meer bijdrage tot business voor het bedrijf. Met dit project zorgen wij dat onnodige ballast weg wordt genomen, collega’s effectief en efficiënt kunnen samenwerken, de nadruk komt te liggen op de collectieve prestatie van het bedrijf en de individuele bijdrage van de collega’s daaraan. Daardoor is er een gezonde basis om medewerkers persoonlijk te laten ontwikkelen waardoor hun inzetbaarheid mee kan groeien met de verdere professionalisering van Tausch. (Dutch)
