Het ESF-project "Op weg naar zelfstandigheid" heeft als doel om de werknemers van Event Creators BV middels het bevorderen van de leercultuur verder te ontwikkelen in hun persoonlijke groei en een richting mee te geven naar zelfstandig ondernemerschap. NummerTien zal een advies met implementatieplan opstellen en het implementeren van het advies begeleiden. Het bevorderen van de leercultuur voor werkenden en het stimuleren van interne mobiliteit en het begeleiden van de werknemers naar zelfstandig ondernemerschap zullen hierbij centraal staan. (Dutch)

El proyecto del FSE «Hacia la independencia» tiene por objeto seguir desarrollando a los empleados de Event Creators BV mediante la promoción de la cultura del aprendizaje en su crecimiento personal y dar una orientación al trabajo por cuenta propia. NummerTien elaborará un asesoramiento con el plan de aplicación y guiará la aplicación del asesoramiento. La promoción de la cultura de aprendizaje de los trabajadores y el fomento de la movilidad interna y la orientación de los trabajadores hacia el trabajo por cuenta propia estarán en el centro de esta tarea. Il progetto FSE "Verso l'indipendenza" mira a sviluppare ulteriormente i dipendenti di Event Creators BV attraverso la promozione della cultura dell'apprendimento nella loro crescita personale e a dare una direzione al lavoro autonomo. NummerTien elaborerà una consulenza con piano di attuazione e guiderà l'attuazione della consulenza. La promozione della cultura dell'apprendimento per i lavoratori e la promozione della mobilità interna e l'orientamento dei lavoratori verso il lavoro autonomo saranno al centro di questo aspetto.
