In order to prevent teachers from abandoning or even losing out, the school is committed to raising awareness/awareness of professionalisation/employability, but also on creating an open learning culture with room for discussion/dialogue. The teachers are assisted in becoming a profit-oriented teacher from the point of view of urgency. VSO De Hoge Brug veronderstelt dat kwalitatief goed onderwijs en goede leerprestaties hand in hand kunnen gaan met het bevorderen van de leercultuur en het versterken van de employability/blijvende inzetbaarheid van de eigen docenten. VSO De Hoge Brug wil in 2019 het Platform DOEN-In implementeren om de 20 docenten/20 OOP te helpen bij de omslag naar opbrengstgericht werken. Gelet op alle veranderingen & praktische obstakels i/d dagelijkse lespraktijk bij opbrengstgericht werken voorziet de school dat de docenten handelingsverlegenheid en teveel belasting gaan ervaren. Om te voorkomen dat docenten “afhaken” of zelfs “uitvallen”, zet de school in op bewustwording/ urgentiebesef t.a.v. professionalisering/ employability maar juist ook op het scheppen van een open leercultuur met ruimte voor bespreekbaarheid/dialoog. De docenten worden vanuit urgentiebesef bijgestaan bij het worden/zijn van een opbrengstgericht handelende docent. Gewerkt wordt met het door Edu Alert ontwikkelde intervisiemodel Methodische Loopbaanbegeleiding (MLB), waarbij docenten zichzelf een spiegel voorhouden. (Dutch)

VSO De Hoge Brug asume que una educación de calidad y un buen rendimiento de aprendizaje pueden ir de la mano con la promoción de la cultura del aprendizaje y el fortalecimiento de la empleabilidad y la empleabilidad continua de sus propios profesores. VSO De Hoge Brug quiere implementar la plataforma DOEN-In en 2019 para ayudar a los 20 profesores/20 OOP a convertirse en un trabajo orientado al rendimiento. Teniendo en cuenta todos los cambios en la práctica práctica de & i/d práctica de la enseñanza diaria en el trabajo orientado al retorno, la escuela prevé que los profesores experimentarán vergüenza y sobrecarga. Con el fin de evitar que los profesores abandonen o incluso pierdan, la escuela se compromete a sensibilizar/concienciar sobre la profesionalización/empleabilidad, pero también a crear una cultura de aprendizaje abierta con espacio para el debate/diálogo. Desde el punto de vista de la urgencia, se ayuda a los profesores a convertirse en un maestro orientado al beneficio. Se utiliza el modelo de intervisión de orientación profesional metodológica (MLB) desarrollado por Edu Alert, donde los profesores se presentan con un espejo. (Spanish)

VSO De Hoge Brug presuppone che un'istruzione di qualità e buone prestazioni di apprendimento possano andare di pari passo con la promozione della cultura dell'apprendimento e il rafforzamento dell'occupabilità/occupabilità continua dei propri insegnanti. VSO De Hoge Brug vuole implementare la piattaforma DOEN-In nel 2019 per aiutare i 20 insegnanti/20 OOP a rivolgersi a un lavoro orientato al rendimento. Dati tutti i cambiamenti & ostacoli pratici i/d pratica di insegnamento quotidiano nel lavoro orientato al ritorno, la scuola prevede che gli insegnanti sperimenteranno imbarazzo e sovraccarico. Al fine di evitare che gli insegnanti abbandonino o addirittura perdano, la scuola si impegna a sensibilizzare/sensibilizzazione alla professionalizzazione/occupabilità, ma anche a creare una cultura dell'apprendimento aperto con spazio di discussione/dialogo. Gli insegnanti sono aiutati a diventare un insegnante orientato al profitto dal punto di vista dell'urgenza. Viene utilizzato il modello di intervisione Methodical Career Guidance (MLB) sviluppato da Edu Alert, dove gli insegnanti si presentano con uno specchio. (Italian)
