    Veel schadeherstelbedrijven zijn aan het ‘overleven’. De beslommeringen van vandaag oplossen en niet bezig zijn met verbeteringen dan wel toekomstgerichtheid is de realiteit. Ook Knopper heeft hier mee te maken. Het is erg lastig om personeel te houden en te vinden. Knopper heeft besloten om een externe adviseur in te schakelen om Knopper te ondersteunen bij het duurzaam inzetbaar maken van het personeelsbestand. Continuïteit en een goede werksfeer met ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden voor alle medewerkers is het speerpunt. (Dutch)

È molto difficile tenere e trovare personale. Knopper ha deciso di impiegare un consulente esterno per supportare Knopper nel rendere la forza lavoro sostenibile.
