    Kruitbosch, opgericht in 1955, is een groothandel in fietsen en accessoires en retailpartner voor de fietsspeciaalzaken. Kruitbosch is een echt familiebedrijf in Zwolle. De groei ambities van Kruitbosch vragen om verdere groei en ontwikkeling van het management en alle betrokken medewerkers. Daarom wil Kruitbosch, met subsidieondersteuning vanuit het Europees sociaal Fonds, blijvend investeren in haar medewerkers om deze continu duurzaam inzetbaar te houden, aansluitend bij de ontwikkelen in de organisatie en de veranderende markt. Samen met een adviseur gaan zij aan de slag om Kruitbosch toekomstproof te maken door in te zetten op een divers (talenten)programma waarin medewerkers worden uitgedaagd te werken aan zichzelf en hun plek binnen Kruitbosch. Daarnaast zal de adviseur adviseren rondom leren en ontwikkelen, waardoor de leerinterventies worden verankerd.Met dit project biedt Kruitbosch haar medewerkers de nodige handvatten opdat een ieder weet waar zijn/haar leerdoelen en ambities liggen en welke kennis/vaardigheden hiervoor nodig zijn en ook welke functie het beste past bij de medewerker nu en in de toekomst.     Fundada en 1955, Kruitbosch es un mayorista de bicicletas y accesorios y socio minorista para tiendas especializadas en bicicletas. Kruitbosch es un verdadero negocio familiar en Zwolle. Las ambiciones de crecimiento de Kruitbosch requieren un mayor crecimiento y desarrollo de la dirección y de todos los empleados involucrados. Es por ello que Kruitbosch, con el apoyo del Fondo Social Europeo, quiere invertir permanentemente en sus empleados para mantenerlo sostenible, en consonancia con el desarrollo de la organización y la evolución del mercado. Junto con un asesor, trabajarán para hacer de Kruitbosch una prueba de futuro utilizando un programa diverso (talento) en el que los empleados tienen el reto de trabajar en sí mismos y en su lugar dentro de Kruitbosch. Además, el consultor asesorará sobre el aprendizaje y el desarrollo, anclando así las intervenciones de aprendizaje.
