FLM will be working on creating a learning organisation in the coming period. As a result of a company takeover in 2017, several departments within FLM have been integrated into one joint department. This has given rise to ambiguity as to the roles and expectations of employees. In addition, employees are mainly focused on carrying out (their) operational activities and on learning and development. The management wants to transform the current corporate culture into a learning culture in which employees from ownership pay attention to personal, team and organisational development and in which it is clear what is expected of them. Individual interviews with management and employees stimulate personal development and learning from and with each other. Management is supported in the design of processes and interventions in such a way that attention is paid to personal development and team development in practice and clarity about the roles and expectations of employees. The final result is an improvement in the efficiency of processes and cooperation and the result of FLM. In addition, employees will experience more job satisfaction and employability. FLM gaat de komende tijd aan de slag met het creëren van een lerende organisatie. Als gevolg van een bedrijfsovername in 2017 zijn verschillende afdelingen binnen FLM geïntegreerd tot één gezamenlijke afdeling. Er is hierdoor onduidelijkheid ontstaan omtrent de rollen en verwachtingen van medewerkers. Daarnaast zijn medewerkers met name gefocust op het uitvoeren van (de eigen) operationele werkzaamheden en is op leren en ontwikkeling weinig focus. De directie wenst de huidige bedrijfscultuur om te zetten in een leercultuur waarin medewerkers vanuit eigenaarschap aandacht hebben voor de persoonlijke, team en organisatieontwikkeling en waarin duidelijk is wat van hen wordt verwacht. Middels individuele interviews met het management en medewerkers wordt persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het leren van en met elkaar gestimuleerd. Het management wordt ondersteund bij het inrichten van processen en interventies op een dusdanige manier dat er aandacht is voor de persoonlijke ontwikkeling en teamontwikkeling in de praktijk en er duidelijkheid ontstaat omtrent de rollen en verwachtingen van medewerkers. Het uiteindelijke resultaat is een verbetering van de efficiency van processen en samenwerking en het resultaat van FLM. Daarnaast zullen medewerkers meer arbeidsvreugde en employability ervaren. FLM trabajará en la creación de una organización de aprendizaje en el próximo período. Como resultado de la adquisición de una empresa en 2017, varios departamentos dentro de FLM se han integrado en un departamento conjunto. Esto ha dado lugar a ambigüedades en cuanto a las funciones y expectativas de los empleados. Además, los empleados se centran principalmente en la realización de (sus) actividades operativas y en el aprendizaje y el desarrollo. La dirección quiere transformar la cultura corporativa actual en una cultura de aprendizaje en la que los empleados de la propiedad presten atención al desarrollo personal, de equipo y organizativo y en la que esté claro lo que se espera de ellos. Las entrevistas individuales con la dirección y los empleados estimulan el desarrollo personal y el aprendizaje entre sí. La dirección recibe apoyo en el diseño de procesos e intervenciones de tal manera que se preste atención al desarrollo personal y al desarrollo de equipos en la práctica y la claridad sobre los roles y expectativas de los empleados. FLM lavorerà alla creazione di un'organizzazione di apprendimento nel prossimo periodo. Come risultato di un'acquisizione di società nel 2017, diversi dipartimenti all'interno di FLM sono stati integrati in un unico dipartimento congiunto. Ciò ha dato luogo ad ambiguità quanto ai ruoli e alle aspettative dei lavoratori. Inoltre, i dipendenti si concentrano principalmente sullo svolgimento (le loro) attività operative e sull'apprendimento e sullo sviluppo. Il management vuole trasformare l'attuale cultura aziendale in una cultura di apprendimento in cui i dipendenti dalla proprietà prestano attenzione allo sviluppo personale, di squadra e organizzativo e in cui è chiaro cosa ci si aspetta da loro. Le interviste individuali con i dirigenti e i dipendenti stimolano lo sviluppo personale e l'apprendimento reciproco. Il management è supportato nella progettazione di processi e interventi in modo tale che si presti attenzione allo sviluppo personale e allo sviluppo del team nella pratica e chiarezza sui ruoli e le aspettative dei dipendenti. Il risultato finale è un miglioramento dell'efficienza dei processi e della cooperazione e del risultato di FLM.
