Bunge Vitaal We strive to keep the employability of employees stable now and in the future and optimise the employment rate and productivity where possible. In addition, we want to avoid sick leave as much as possible and at the same time offer our employees a pleasant, social and responsible working environment (in the broadest sense of the word) throughout their careers. To achieve this, we will in the future give more structured attention to ‘sustainable employability’ of employees. The return on sustainable employability is optimal if people are healthy, happy and balanced. Interventions, support and guidance should be based on four pillars: • Personal growth and development of the employee; • Working conditions (content and organisation of work, safe and healthy work); • Personal health (living style, vitality); • Professionalism of your own organisation. Part of this future plan is the so-called PMO, periodic medical examination. The intended result (individual and collective advice) • The target is 70 % participation in the PMO • Get insight into Sustainable employability in general. • Overall effect: increased awareness of sustainable employability and more dialogue in the workplace. • Substantive effect: healthier lifestyle, improvement of vitality, better utilisation of capacities/competencies. • Concrete follow-up actions: O Organisational advice on the content and organisation of work, labour relations, working conditions and working conditions. o Personal advice to each participant on health, lifestyle, PSA and vitality with the option but also growth and development o A general outcome of the PMOs is presented in group meetings (5 dates). Bunge Vitaal Wij streven ernaar om de inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers nu en in de toekomst stabiel te houden en daar waar mogelijk de arbeidsparticipatie en productiviteit te optimaliseren. Daarnaast willen wij ziekteverzuim zoveel mogelijk voorkomen en tegelijkertijd onze medewerkers gedurende hun loopbaan een prettige, sociale en verantwoorde werkomgeving ( in de breedste zin van het woord) bieden. Om dit te bereiken zullen wij in de toekomst meer gestructureerd aandacht geven aan ‘duurzame inzetbaarheid’ van medewerkers. Het rendement van de Duurzame inzetbaarheid is optimaal indien mensen gezond, gelukkig en in balans zijn. Interventies, ondersteuning en begeleiding dienen gebaseerd te zijn op vier pijlers, nl: • Persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling van de medewerker; • De Arbeidsomstandigheden (inhoud en organisatie van de arbeid, veilig en gezond werken); • Persoonlijke gezondheid (Leefstijl, vitaliteit); • Professionaliteit van de eigen organisatie. Een onderdeel van dit toekomst plan is het zogenaamde PMO, periodiek medisch onderzoek. Het beoogd resultaat(individuele en collectieve adviezen) • Het streven is 70% deelname aan het PMO • Verkrijgen van inzicht in Duurzame inzetbaarheid in het algemeen. • Overall effect: meer bewustzijn over Duurzame inzetbaarheid en meer dialoog op de werkvloer. • Inhoudelijk effect: gezondere leefstijl, verbetering vitaliteit, betere benutting capaciteiten/competenties. • Concrete vervolgacties: o Organisatieadvies ten aanzien van de inhoud en organisatie van de arbeid, de arbeidsverhoudingen, arbeidsomstandigheden en arbeidsvoorwaarden. o Persoonlijke adviezen aan elke deelnemer mbt gezondheid, lifestyle, PSA en vitaliteit met daarbij de optie maar ook groei en ontwikkeling o Een algemene uitslag van de PMO’s wordt gepresenteerd in groepsbijeenkomsten ( 5 data). Tijdens de groepsbijeenkomsten zullen er, op basis van de uitkomst en met behulp van de input van de aanwezigen, actieplannen voor het vervolg gemaakt worden. (Dutch)

Además, queremos evitar la baja por enfermedad tanto como sea posible y, al mismo tiempo, ofrecer a nuestros empleados un ambiente de trabajo agradable, social y responsable (en el sentido más amplio de la palabra) a lo largo de sus carreras. Para lograrlo, en el futuro prestaremos una atención más estructurada a la «empleabilidad sostenible» de los trabajadores. El rendimiento de la empleabilidad sostenible es óptimo si las personas están sanas, felices y equilibradas. Las intervenciones, el apoyo y la orientación deben basarse en cuatro pilares: • Crecimiento personal y desarrollo del empleado; • Condiciones de trabajo (contenido y organización del trabajo, trabajo seguro y saludable); • Salud personal (estilo de vida, vitalidad); • Profesionalidad de su propia organización. Parte de este futuro plan es el llamado PMO, examen médico periódico. El resultado previsto (asesoramiento individual y colectivo) • El objetivo es la participación del 70 % en la PMO • Conozca la empleabilidad sostenible en general. • Efecto global: mayor sensibilización sobre la empleabilidad sostenible y un mayor diálogo en el lugar de trabajo. • Efecto sustantivo: un estilo de vida más saludable, una mejora de la vitalidad, una mejor utilización de las capacidades/competencias. • Acciones de seguimiento concretas: O Asesoramiento organizacional sobre el contenido y la organización del trabajo, relaciones laborales, condiciones de trabajo y condiciones de trabajo. o Asesoramiento personal a cada participante sobre salud, estilo de vida, PSA y vitalidad con la opción, pero también crecimiento y desarrollo. Inoltre, vogliamo evitare il più possibile i congedi per malattia e allo stesso tempo offrire ai nostri dipendenti un ambiente lavorativo piacevole, sociale e responsabile (nel senso più ampio della parola) per tutta la loro carriera.
