Onderzoekers en adviseurs van CMO STAMM werken in het dynamische en complexe publieke domein in Noord Nederland. De geschiedenis van de organisatie, de aard en de inhoud van het werk maakt dat de medewerkers zich richten op de waan van de dag. Samen leren van de ervaringen en reflecteren op de eigen rol sneeuwt snel onder. Er wordt gestart met persoonlijke ontwikkeltrajecten voor alle medewerkers, en er wordt een ontwikkelgroep gevormd die een leercommunity opzet. Deze groep vraagt duo's van medewerkers om een van de 5 leerlijnen te adopteren: persoonlijke ontwikkeling, vakontwikkeling, strategische ontwikkeling, inspiratie en innovatie. Deze 5 leerlijnen creëren helderheid en focus op het samen ontwikkelen en samen reflecteren. Hierdoor wordt de individuele kennis ontsloten, en voor iedereen toegankelijk. (Dutch)

Investigadores y asesores de CMO STAMM trabajan en el dominio público dinámico y complejo en el norte de los Países Bajos. La historia de la organización, la naturaleza y el contenido del trabajo hacen que los empleados se centren en el engaño del día. Aprendiendo juntos de las experiencias y reflexionando sobre su propio papel rápidamente nieve debajo. Se inician programas de desarrollo personal para todos los empleados y se forma un grupo de desarrollo para establecer una comunidad de aprendizaje. Este grupo pide a los dúos de empleados que adopten una de las 5 líneas de aprendizaje: desarrollo personal, desarrollo profesional, desarrollo estratégico, inspiración e innovación. Estas cinco líneas de aprendizaje crean claridad y se centran en el desarrollo conjunto y la reflexión conjunta. Como resultado, el conocimiento individual es desbloqueado y accesible para todos. Ricercatori e consulenti di CMO STAMM lavorano nel settore pubblico dinamico e complesso nel nord dei Paesi Bassi. La storia dell'organizzazione, la natura e il contenuto del lavoro fanno sì che i dipendenti si concentrino sull'illusione della giornata. Imparare insieme dalle esperienze e riflettere sul proprio ruolo rapidamente nevica sotto. Vengono avviati programmi di sviluppo personale per tutti i dipendenti e viene costituito un gruppo di sviluppo per creare una comunità di apprendimento. Questo gruppo chiede ai dipendenti di adottare una delle 5 linee di apprendimento: sviluppo personale, sviluppo professionale, sviluppo strategico, ispirazione e innovazione.
