Doelstelling van dit project is om binnen Thialf een bewuste dialoog en daarmee samenhangende activiteiten op gang te brengen over het duurzaam inzetbaar houden van alle medewerkers. Na afronding van het project wil Thialf door onderzoek inzicht hebben gekregen in individuele ambities, talenten en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van medewerkers. Op basis van dit inzicht heeft Thialf maatregelen en activiteiten ontwikkeld die er voor dienen te zorgen dat medewerkers hun takenpakket met plezier en met toekomstperspectief uit kunnen voeren. El objetivo de este proyecto es iniciar un diálogo consciente y actividades relacionadas dentro de Thialf para mantener a todos los empleados en condiciones de empleo sostenible. Después de completar el proyecto, Thialf quiere obtener información sobre las ambiciones individuales, talentos y oportunidades de desarrollo de los empleados a través de la investigación. A partir de esta visión, Thialf ha desarrollado medidas y actividades para garantizar que los empleados puedan realizar sus tareas con placer y con una perspectiva futura. (Spanish)

Dopo aver completato il progetto, Thialf vuole approfondire le ambizioni individuali, i talenti e le opportunità di sviluppo dei dipendenti attraverso la ricerca. Sulla base di questa visione, Thialf ha sviluppato misure e attività per garantire che i dipendenti possano svolgere i loro compiti con piacere e con una prospettiva futura. (Italian)
