De doelstelling van het project is gericht op de ambitie van het bedrijf en de toenemende complexiteit van de (ontwikkelings-) projecten. Ook is de samenwerking tussen de nieuwe bedrijfsonderdelen een belangrijk aspect. De medewerkers spelen daarbij een cruciale rol. Hoe sluiten de persoonlijke ambities en mogelijkheden aan bij die van het bedrijf en hoe kunnen we de beschikbare kennis, competenties en vaardigheden het beste inzetten om de (groei- en verander-) ambitie waar te maken en nieuwe projecten te realiseren. Vanuit de analyse en de status quo naar de toekomstige situatie en de vormgeving daarvan, dat is waar dit project zich – samen met alle medewerkers - op richt. (Dutch)

El objetivo del proyecto es centrarse en la ambición de la empresa y en la creciente complejidad de los proyectos (desarrollo). La cooperación entre las nuevas unidades de negocio es también un aspecto importante. Los empleados desempeñan un papel crucial en esto. ¿Cómo encajan las ambiciones y oportunidades personales con las de la empresa y cómo podemos utilizar mejor los conocimientos, competencias y habilidades disponibles para cumplir la ambición (crecimiento y cambio) y realizar nuevos proyectos. Desde el análisis y el statu quo hasta la situación futura y su diseño, en eso se centra este proyecto, junto con todos los empleados. (Spanish)

L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di concentrarsi sull'ambizione dell'azienda e sulla crescente complessità dei progetti (di sviluppo). Anche la cooperazione tra le nuove unità operative è un aspetto importante. I dipendenti svolgono un ruolo cruciale in questo senso. In che modo le ambizioni e le opportunità personali corrispondono a quelle dell'azienda e come possiamo utilizzare al meglio le conoscenze, le competenze e le abilità disponibili per realizzare l'ambizione (crescita e cambiamento) e realizzare nuovi progetti. Dall'analisi e lo status quo alla situazione futura e alla sua progettazione, questo è ciò su cui questo progetto — insieme a tutti i dipendenti — si concentra. (Italian)
