Veros Metaalwerken bv is een verspanend bedrijf met circa 20 medewerkers. Het gehele proces binnen Veros Metaalwerken bv is gebaseerd op continue verbeteren. In de toekomst wil Veros bijdragen aan de vitaliteit / gezondheid van een ieder. Gezondheid is natuurlijk iets wat niet altijd vanzelfsprekend is en waar de één wat meer mee bezig is dan de ander. Hoe zorgt Veros ervoor dat alle medewerkers, jong en oud, hun gehele werkzame leven inzetbaar en productief blijven? Door het vitaliteitsprogramma te implementeren dragen we bij aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Het vitaliteitsprogramma omvat verschillende eenmalige en structurele activiteiten waarmee we bewustzijn onder medewerkers creëren over het belang van een gezonde leefstijl en hen faciliteren in het werken aan hun eigen gezondheid en vitaliteit.
