Wolters Advies is een onafhankelijk werkend financieel adviesbureau, specialist op het gebied van hypotheken, verzekeringen, bancaire diensten, pensioenen en vermogensgroei. Echter is na het recent openen van een nieuwe vestiging in Boekel gebleken dat de nieuwe organisatie problemen ondervindt in de werksfeer en duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers door hoge werkdruk van het management. Om deze situatie te veranderen dient een nieuwe manier van werken te worden gestimuleerd van zowel het team als de eigenaar. Extern adviseur Lot Vorstman van Bodel BV zal samen met de medewerkers onderzoeken wat de behoeften en kwaliteiten binnen het team zijn, om zo individuele ambities te ondersteunen en de werknemers te begeleiden naar zelfstandig, ondernemend werken. Het uiteindelijk beoogde resultaat van dit traject is het bevorderen van het ondernemerschap onder werknemers, door een zelfstandig werkend team, dat zich inzet naar kwaliteit. Sin embargo, después de la reciente apertura de una nueva sucursal en Boekel, quedó claro que la nueva organización está experimentando problemas en el entorno laboral y la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados debido a la alta carga de trabajo de la dirección. Tuttavia, dopo la recente apertura di una nuova filiale a Boekel, è emerso chiaramente che la nuova organizzazione sta vivendo problemi nell'ambiente di lavoro e un'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti a causa dell'elevato carico di lavoro da parte della dirigenza. Per cambiare questa situazione, un nuovo modo di lavorare dovrebbe essere incoraggiato sia dal team che dal proprietario. Il consulente esterno Lot Vorstman van Bodel BV esaminerà insieme ai dipendenti quali sono le esigenze e le qualità all'interno del team, al fine di sostenere le ambizioni individuali e guidare i dipendenti verso un lavoro indipendente e imprenditoriale.
