With the project, flow aims to eliminate Mismatch through learning and develop the existing mismatch between supply and demand positively in favour of sustainable employability. Work is increasing and becoming more complex, but workers do not have the right level of education, the right qualifications, the required competences and/or the right work experience. A lot of time and attention has been devoted to slimming down (average of 20 % in staff for each corporation), less on structural and planned learning and development. Of course, keeping up and learning and developing has a significant effect on the DI. This is shown by several general studies and studies within the sector. Flow wishes to develop a platform in this application, including the use of knowledge advisors, information and awareness campaigns, knowledge sessions, intersectoral lecture tours, as well as driving development towards promising professions and digital &Amp; personal matching.     FLOW wil met het project Mismatch opheffen door leren en ontwikkelen de bestaande mismatch tussen vraag en aanbod positief beïnvloeden ten gunste van duurzame inzetbaarheid. Het werk neemt toe en wordt complexer, maar werknemers beschikken niet over het juiste opleidingsniveau, de juiste kwalificaties, de vereiste competenties en/of de juiste werkervaring. Er is veel tijd en aandacht besteed aan afslanking (gemiddeld bij iedere corporatie zo’n 20% in personeel), minder aan structureel en planmatig leren en ontwikkelen. Ook heeft bijblijven en leren en ontwikkelen natuurlijk een significant effect op de DI. Dit blijkt uit meerdere algemene onderzoeken en onderzoeken binnen de sector. FLOW wenst in onderhavige aanvraag een platform te ontwikkelen, inclusief de inzet van kennisadviseurs, voorlichtings- en bewustwordingscampagnes, kennissessies, intersectorale collegetours, alsmede het aanjagen van ontwikkeling richting kansrijke beroepen en digitale & persoonlijke matching.     Con el proyecto, Flujo tiene como objetivo eliminar los errores a través del aprendizaje y desarrollar el desajuste existente entre la oferta y la demanda positivamente en favor de una empleabilidad sostenible. El trabajo es cada vez más complejo, pero los trabajadores no tienen el nivel adecuado de educación, las cualificaciones adecuadas, las competencias requeridas o la experiencia laboral adecuada. Se ha dedicado mucho tiempo y atención a adelgazar (un promedio del 20 % en el personal de cada empresa), menos en el aprendizaje y desarrollo estructural y planificado. Por supuesto, el mantenimiento y el aprendizaje y el desarrollo tienen un efecto significativo en la DI, como lo demuestran varios estudios y estudios generales dentro del sector. Flow desea desarrollar una plataforma en esta aplicación, incluyendo el uso de asesores de conocimiento, campañas de información y sensibilización, sesiones de conocimiento, giras de conferencias intersectoriales, así como impulsar el desarrollo hacia profesiones prometedoras y la coincidencia personal de & digital.     Con il progetto, il flusso mira a eliminare il disallineamento attraverso l'apprendimento e a sviluppare lo squilibrio esistente tra domanda e offerta a favore dell'occupabilità sostenibile. Il lavoro sta aumentando e diventa sempre più complesso, ma i lavoratori non hanno il giusto livello di istruzione, le giuste qualifiche, le competenze richieste e/o l'esperienza lavorativa giusta. Molto tempo e attenzione sono stati dedicati al dimagrimento (media del 20 % del personale per ogni azienda), meno sull'apprendimento strutturale e pianificato e sullo sviluppo. Naturalmente, mantenere il passo e l'apprendimento e lo sviluppo hanno un effetto significativo sulla DI, come dimostrano diversi studi e studi generali nel settore. Flow desidera sviluppare una piattaforma in questa applicazione, tra cui l'uso di consulenti della conoscenza, campagne di informazione e sensibilizzazione, sessioni di conoscenza, visite didattiche intersettoriali, nonché guidare lo sviluppo verso professioni promettenti e digital & corrispondenza personale.
