Ruitenburg wants to challenge her employees, inspire personal growth and motivate them to contribute to shared success from their own quality. In order to respond to the wishes and needs of the employees, it is necessary to have a clear and real picture of the physical and mental capacity of the employees and their motivation with regard to vitality development. With the help of the ESF grant, Ruitenburg wants to start the project a fit and vital future in which the capacity, vitality and physical health of the employees are mapped out. The project will be designed by Bewegen Werkt and will consist of the following components: 1. Setting up and conducting a questionnaire study on work ability and carrying out a Health Check on all employees with individual feedback and advice. 2. Merge the data from the study into a group report with conclusions and opinions. 3. Explanation of the results and advice at individual, departmental, branch and organisational level where concrete advice can be provided regarding appropriate follow-up activities such as training in the field of exercise, nutrition, relaxation, development, etc. Advisors of Bewegen Werkt will be used for the implementation. They provide a communication plan, conduct the questionnaire survey and the Health Checks, conduct the individual advisory interviews and process the results in an advisory report at company and establishment level. The last part consists of an explanation of the results and formulated advice, which will be given by the advisors of Bewegen Werkt to the project team. Following the results presented in the above-mentioned advisory report and discussion, Ruitenburg intends to use follow-up activities in line with the needs of the staff and the organisation. Ruitenburg wil haar medewerkers uitdagen, inspireren tot persoonlijke groei en motiveren om vanuit hun eigen kwaliteit bij te dragen aan gezamenlijk succes. Om aan te kunnen sluiten op de wensen en behoeften van de medewerkers is het nodig dat er een helder en reëel beeld is van de fysieke en mentale draagkracht van de medewerkers en hun motivatie met betrekking tot vitaliteitsontwikkeling. Met behulp van de ESF subsidie wil Ruitenburg het project een fitte en vitale toekomst starten waarbij de draagkracht, de vitaliteit en fysieke gezondheid van de medewerkers in kaart wordt gebracht. Het project zal worden vormgegeven door Bewegen Werkt en zal bestaan uit de volgende onderdelen: 1. Uitzetten en uitvoeren van een vragenlijstonderzoek naar werkvermogen en het uitvoeren van een Health Check bij alle medewerkers met een individuele terugkoppeling en advies. 2. Samenvoegen van de gegevens uit het onderzoek tot een groepsrapportage met conclusies en adviezen. 3. Toelichting op de resultaten en adviezen op individueel, afdelings-, vestigings- en organisatieniveau waarbij een concreet advies kan worden gebracht ten aanzien van passende vervolgactiviteiten zoals trainingen op gebied van bewegen, voeding, ontspanning, ontwikkeling, etc. Voor de uitvoering zullen adviseurs van Bewegen Werkt worden ingezet. Zij verzorgen een communicatieplan, voeren het vragenlijstonderzoek en de Health Checks uit, voeren de individuele adviesgesprekken en verwerken de resultaten in een adviesrapport op bedrijfs- en vestigingsniveau. Het laatste onderdeel bestaat uit een toelichting op de resultaten en geformuleerde adviezen, welke gegeven zal worden door de adviseurs van Bewegen Werkt aan het projectteam. Naar aanleiding van de resultaten zoals gepresenteerd in bovengenoemd adviesrapport en bijbehorende bespreking, wil Ruitenburg vervolgactiviteiten inzetten die aansluiten op de behoeften van de medewerkers en de organisatie. Para responder a los deseos y necesidades de los empleados, es necesario tener una imagen clara y real de la capacidad física y mental de los empleados y de su motivación en relación con el desarrollo de la vitalidad. Con la ayuda de la subvención del FSE, Ruitenburg quiere iniciar el proyecto un futuro adecuado y vital en el que se determinen la capacidad, la vitalidad y la salud física de los empleados. El proyecto será diseñado por Bewegen Werkt y constará de los siguientes componentes: 1. Establecer y llevar a cabo un estudio de cuestionario sobre la capacidad laboral y llevar a cabo un chequeo de salud de todos los empleados con retroalimentación y asesoramiento individuales. 2. Fusionar los datos del estudio en un informe de grupo con conclusiones y dictámenes. 3. Explicación de los resultados y asesoramiento a nivel individual, departamental, sectorial y organizativo donde se pueda proporcionar asesoramiento concreto sobre las actividades de seguimiento adecuadas, como la formación en el campo del ejercicio, la nutrición, la relajación, el desarrollo, etc. Se utilizarán asesores de Bewegen Werkt para la implementación. Proporcionan un plan de comunicación, llevan a cabo la encuesta del cuestionario y los chequeos de salud, llevan a cabo las entrevistas de asesoramiento individuales y procesan los resultados en un informe de asesoramiento a nivel de empresa y establecimiento. La última parte consiste en una explicación de los resultados y consejos formulados, que serán dados por los asesores de Bewegen Werkt al equipo del proyecto. Ruitenburg vuole sfidare i suoi dipendenti, ispirare la crescita personale e motivarli a contribuire al successo condiviso dalla propria qualità. Per rispondere ai desideri e alle esigenze dei dipendenti, è necessario avere un quadro chiaro e reale della capacità fisica e mentale dei dipendenti e della loro motivazione per quanto riguarda lo sviluppo della vitalità. Con l'aiuto della sovvenzione FSE, Ruitenburg vuole avviare il progetto un futuro adeguato e vitale in cui vengono mappate le capacità, la vitalità e la salute fisica dei dipendenti. Il progetto sarà progettato da Bewegen Werkt e sarà composto dai seguenti componenti: 1. Creazione e conduzione di uno studio questionario sulla capacità lavorativa e svolgimento di una valutazione dello stato di salute di tutti i dipendenti con feedback e consulenza individuali. 2. Unire i dati dello studio in una relazione di gruppo con conclusioni e pareri. 3. Spiegazione dei risultati e della consulenza a livello individuale, dipartimentale, settoriale e organizzativo in cui è possibile fornire consulenza concreta in merito ad attività di follow-up adeguate quali la formazione nel campo dell'esercizio fisico, della nutrizione, del rilassamento, dello sviluppo, ecc. Per l'attuazione saranno utilizzati consulenti di Bewegen Werkt. Essi forniscono un piano di comunicazione, conducono l'indagine del questionario e le verifiche dello stato di salute, conducono i colloqui consultivi individuali e trattano i risultati in una relazione consultiva a livello di azienda e di stabilimento. L'ultima parte consiste in una spiegazione dei risultati e dei consigli formulati, che saranno forniti dai consulenti di Bewegen Werkt al team di progetto. A seguito dei risultati presentati nella suddetta relazione consultiva e nella discussione, Ruitenburg intende avvalersi delle attività di follow-up in linea con le esigenze del personale e dell'organizzazione.
