    LedKoning B.V. is een snelgroeiend en dynamisch bedrijf waarbij, voornamelijk online, ledstrips en aangrenzende productcategorieën worden verkocht. Er werken inmiddels 8 mensen, verdeeld over de klantenservice, administratie en (online) marketing. Om LedKoning duurzaam verder te laten groeien is het nu belangrijk dat de invloedssfeer van de ondernemer wordt verkleind en de medewerkers meer worden betrokken in de groei en ontwikkeling. Daarom is er een kernteam geformeerd van medewerkers, die echter nog moeten groeien in deze nieuwe rol. Er moet ruimte worden gecreëerd voor een leercultuur, waarin zowel individueel als in samenwerking, de kernteamleden zich kunnen ontwikkelen op niet- bedrijfsspecifieke kennis en vaardigheden. Die cultuur moet ook voor de medewerkers buiten het kernteam om, zelf dagelijks (meer) merkbaar zijn in hun werkzaam- en verantwoordelijkheden. Dit project heeft als doelstelling om enerzijds, a.d.h.v. het advies van de adviseur David Vethaak, een implementatieplan te ontwikkelen en anderzijds om deze te implementeren. Het belangrijkste (eind)doel hierin is dat de medewerkers een goede rol in de groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie krijgen en pakken en daarmee de duurzame inzetbaarheid (motivatie en betrokkenheid van de medewerkers) wordt gewaarborgd.     LedKoning B.V. è un'azienda in rapida crescita e dinamica che vende strisce a led e categorie di prodotti adiacenti, principalmente online. Ora ci sono 8 persone che lavorano sul servizio clienti, sull'amministrazione e sul marketing (online). Affinché LedKoning possa crescere in modo sostenibile, è ora importante che la sfera di influenza dell'imprenditore sia ridotta e che i dipendenti siano più coinvolti nella crescita e nello sviluppo. Ecco perché è stato formato un nucleo di dipendenti, ma devono ancora crescere in questo nuovo ruolo. È necessario creare uno spazio per una cultura dell'apprendimento, in cui, sia individualmente che in collaborazione, i membri del team principale possono sviluppare conoscenze e competenze non specifiche dell'impresa. Questa cultura deve inoltre essere (più) evidente nel loro lavoro e nelle responsabilità per i dipendenti al di fuori del team centrale. L'obiettivo di questo progetto è, da un lato, di sviluppare un piano di implementazione, basato sulla consulenza del consulente David Vethaak, e, dall'altro, di attuarlo.     LedKoning B.V. es una empresa de rápido crecimiento y dinámica que vende tiras led y categorías de productos adyacentes, principalmente en línea. Ahora hay 8 personas que trabajan en el servicio al cliente, la administración y el marketing (en línea). Para que LedKoning crezca de forma sostenible, ahora es importante que se reduzca la esfera de influencia del empresario y que los empleados estén más involucrados en el crecimiento y el desarrollo. Es por eso que se ha formado un equipo central de empleados, pero todavía tienen que crecer en este nuevo papel. Es necesario crear un espacio para una cultura de aprendizaje, en la que tanto individualmente como en colaboración, los miembros del equipo principal puedan desarrollar conocimientos y habilidades no específicos para la empresa.
