One of the greatest challenges of the coming period will be made more sustainable. However, making it more sustainable is not just a project, it is a process. Montazon adds value to real estate with sustainability via solar panels. The large-scale transition to renewable energy offers opportunities for staff who can contribute to this. Montazon is therefore strongly committed to promoting a learning culture and promotes the internal mobility of workers and jobseekers. To do this, Montazon wants to start a learning and work process under the motto of “Investing in training now is investing in the future of your company”. An insane development that requires a thorough training. Working with solar panels has the following dangers: working at altitude, electricity and fire hazard. Technicians must therefore receive adequate and specific training, dealing with the installation of a solar panel system. Specialised trainers develop training consisting of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The advantages of a qualified and skilled installer of solar panels: = demonstrably competent =knowledge of the latest developments =safety first =gets the maximum out of the installation In addition to the training, the input and commitment of our own people is also important. They integrate and develop learning with work, mobilise knowledge sharing and convert work situations into learning situations. Een van de grootste uitdaging van de komende tijd wordt verduurzamen. Het verduurzamen is echter niet alleen een project, het is een proces. Montazon voegt waarde toe aan vastgoed met het verduurzamen via zonnepanelen. De grootschalige transitie naar duurzame energie biedt kansen voor personeel dat daar aan kan meewerken. Montazon zet daarom sterk in op het bevorderen van een leercultuur en stimuleert de interne mobiliteit van werkenden en werkzoekenden. Hiervoor wil Montazon een leer- werktraject opstarten onder het motto van "Nu investeren in opleiden, is investeren in de toekomst van je bedrijf". Zoeken naar gemotiveerde mensen, deze een goede opleiding geven en na het succesvol afronden hiervan een baan aanbieden. De zonnepanelenmarkt is volop in beweging! Een waanzinnige ontwikkeling die vraagt om een gedegen opleiding. Het werken met zonnepanelen heeft de volgende gevaren: werken op hoogte, elektriciteit en brandgevaar. Monteurs moeten dan ook een adequate en specifieke opleiding krijgen, waarbij ze te maken hebben met het installeren van een zonnepanelen systeem. Met gespecialiseerde opleiders wordt er een opleiding ontwikkelt die bestaat uit theoretische kennis en praktische vaardigheden. De voordelen van een gekwalificeerd en bekwaam monteur zonnepanelen: =aantoonbaar vakkundig =kennis van de laatste ontwikkelingen =veiligheid voorop =haalt het maximale uit de installatie Naast de opleiding is ook de inbreng en inzet van eigen mensen belangrijk. Zij integreren leren en ontwikkelen met werken, mobiliseren kennisdeling en zetten werksituaties om naar leersituaties. Zij vervullen een cruciale rol waar het gaat om kennisdelen en worden beschouwd als mede-opleider. Co-makership tussen het werkveld, de opleiding en C.nu Advies zijn vereist om het project te doen slagen. De ESF subsidie zal zeker helpen het leer- werktraject te verwezelijken. Montazon agrega valor a los inmuebles con sostenibilidad a través de paneles solares. La transición a gran escala hacia las energías renovables ofrece oportunidades para el personal que puede contribuir a ello. Por lo tanto, Montazon está firmemente comprometido con la promoción de una cultura del aprendizaje y promueve la movilidad interna de los trabajadores y los solicitantes de empleo. Para ello, Montazon quiere iniciar un proceso de aprendizaje y trabajo bajo el lema «Invertir en formación ahora es invertir en el futuro de su empresa». Buscar personas motivadas, darles una buena educación y después de completar con éxito este trabajo ofrecen un trabajo. ¡El mercado de paneles solares está en pleno apogeo! Un desarrollo loco que requiere un entrenamiento completo. Trabajar con paneles solares tiene los siguientes peligros: trabajar a altitud, electricidad y peligro de incendio. Por lo tanto, los técnicos deben recibir una formación adecuada y específica que se ocupe de la instalación de un sistema de paneles solares. Los formadores especializados desarrollan una formación consistente en conocimientos teóricos y habilidades prácticas. Las ventajas de un instalador cualificado y cualificado de paneles solares: = demostrablemente competente = conocimiento de los últimos desarrollos = seguridad primero = obtiene el máximo de la instalación Además de la formación, el aporte y el compromiso de nuestra propia gente también es importante.
