Van der Linden autoservice is een bedrijf dat zich richt op herstel en reparatiewerkzaamheden van auto’s in het courante marktsegment. Het bedrijf werkt nauw samen met haar zusterbedrijf die de in- en verkoop van auto’s behartigt en heeft kwaliteit en professionaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Vooral in de werkplaats is het advies, de begeleiding, service en betrokkenheid van de medewerkers van onschatbare waarde voor de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. In de huidige markt en met de intensieve concurrentie wordt er veel van medewerkers gevraagd en loopt de werkdruk op. Hierdoor is het van groot belang dat aandacht wordt geschonken aan gezond en veilig werken en bovenal aan het terugdringen en omgaan met werkstress. Van der Linden Autoservice wil investeren in haar medewerkers en schakelt daarom een externe adviseur in om de implementatie te begeleiden. Hierbij gaat het om het creëren van een veilige en prettige werksfeer met onderlinge verbondenheid en medewerkers die bereid zijn elkaar te steunen en te helpen. Er is een sfeer van openheid nodig die ruimte geeft voor het durven vragen van hulp of het aangeven van knelpunten door medewerkers. Daarnaast zal de externe adviseur begeleiden bij het in kaart brengen van zowel de fysieke als ook de psychische gezondheid van medewerkers en het aanleren van vaardigheden op het gebied van weerbaarheid, tegengaan van werkstress en een gezonde leef- en werkstijl. De activiteiten zijn erop gericht om medewerkers bewust te maken van werkstress en werkplezier. Door inzicht te verkrijgen in de individuele situatie van de medewerkers met betrekking tot zijn of haar werksituatie kan begeleiding worden geboden bij het terugdringen van werkstress en het omgaan met verschillende situaties en gedragingen op de werkvloer.
