Wits heeft landelijk reeds diverse initiatieven uitgevoerd om aandacht besteed aan Duurzame Inzetbaarheid en hoe medewerkers juist in deze branche bewust te maken van het persoonlijke belang hiervan. De organisatie heeft in 2015/2016 een succesvol traject uitgevoerd. Inmiddels zijn we 3 jaar verder en is de organisatie veel veranderd. Er zijn nieuwe mensen bij gekomen. Wits Diensten wil de ontwikkeling van de huidige medewerkers en daarmee de organisatie als totaal aanpakken en daarbij inzetten op meer ondernemerschap, mogelijkheden tot zelfsturing en ontplooiing. Wittes ya ha llevado a cabo diversas iniciativas a nivel nacional para prestar atención a la empleabilidad sostenible y cómo los empleados de este sector son especialmente conscientes de su importancia personal. La organización llevó a cabo un proceso exitoso en 2015/2016. Por ahora hemos pasado 3 años y la organización ha cambiado mucho. Nuevas personas se han unido. Wits Services tiene como objetivo abordar el desarrollo de los empleados actuales y, por lo tanto, de la organización en su conjunto, centrándose en más emprendimiento, oportunidades de autogestión y desarrollo. Wittes ha già realizzato diverse iniziative a livello nazionale per prestare attenzione all'occupabilità sostenibile e a come i dipendenti di questo settore siano particolarmente consapevoli della loro importanza personale. L'organizzazione ha svolto un processo di successo nel 2015/2016. Ormai siamo stati 3 anni e l'organizzazione è cambiata molto. Nuove persone si sono unite. Wits Services mira ad affrontare lo sviluppo degli attuali dipendenti e quindi dell'organizzazione nel suo complesso, concentrandosi su una maggiore imprenditorialità, opportunità di autogestione e sviluppo.
