"chadenet ACN is een autoschadebedrijf uit Rijssen met autoschadeherstel als specialiteit. Door modulaire assemblagetechnieken en doordat technische- en veiligheidsapplicaties in een auto steeds meer met elkaar samenhangen, is het herstellen van een schade de afgelopen jaren veel kennisintensiever en complexer van aard geworden. Dit betekent ook dat een schade die voorheen als (licht) ‘cosmetisch’ en ‘regulier’ werd aangeduid, in de praktijk al snel om een specialistische aanpak vraagt. Vergrijzing van het personeelsbestand leidt in de branche op termijn tot een tekort aan betaalbaar, gekwalificeerd personeel. Met name aan het laatste punt wil ACN hard gaan werken. Het huidige personeelsbestand moet worden gekoestert en, de ""achterdeur"" moet dicht. Dampten wil samen met een externe adviseur de ontwikkelbehoeften en leermogelijkheden van de werknemers in beeld brengen, zodat ze langer duurzaam inzetbaar blijven voor het bedrijf. (Dutch)

Grazie alle tecniche di assemblaggio modulari e poiché le applicazioni tecniche e di sicurezza in un'automobile sono sempre più interconnesse, negli ultimi anni la riparazione dei danni è diventata molto più complessa e ad alta intensità di conoscenza. Ciò significa anche che un danno precedentemente denominato (leggero) "cosmetico" e "regolare" richiede rapidamente un approccio specialistico nella pratica. A lungo termine, l'invecchiamento della forza lavoro comporta una carenza di personale qualificato e a prezzi accessibili nel settore. In particolare, ACN vuole lavorare sodo sull'ultimo punto. L'attuale forza lavoro dovrebbe essere curata e la ""backdoor"" dovrebbe essere chiusa. Insieme ad un consulente esterno, i vapori vogliono individuare le esigenze di sviluppo e le opportunità di apprendimento dei dipendenti, in modo che rimangano sostenibili per l'azienda per più tempo. «chadenet ACN es una empresa de daños al automóvil de Rijssen con reparación de daños en el coche como una especialidad. Debido a las técnicas de montaje modulares y debido a que las aplicaciones técnicas y de seguridad en un automóvil están cada vez más interrelacionadas, los daños de reparación se han vuelto mucho más intensivos en conocimiento y complejidad en la naturaleza en los últimos años. Esto también significa que un daño anteriormente denominado «cosmético» y «regular» (ligero) requiere rápidamente un enfoque especializado en la práctica. A largo plazo, el envejecimiento de la mano de obra da lugar a una escasez de personal asequible y cualificado en el sector. En particular, ACN quiere trabajar duro en el último punto. La mano de obra actual debe ser apreciada y la «puerta trasera» debe cerrarse. Junto con un consultor externo, los vapores quieren identificar las necesidades de desarrollo y las oportunidades de aprendizaje de los empleados, para que sigan siendo sostenibles para la empresa durante más tiempo.
