Het implementeren van een werkmodel voor de gedragsregels en meer grip op ongewenst gedrag en werkstress, zowel voor de medewerkers als voor het management. E.e.a. afgestemd op de taken, verantwoordelijkheden en bevoegdheden en talenten van de medewerkers. Tevens willen een werkend systeem om de leercultuur te bevorderen, waardoor medewerkers meer mogelijkheden krijgen om de duurzame inzetbaarheid te verhogen. Het gaat hier om alle medewerkers dus zowel de jonge als de oudere. (Dutch)

Por ejemplo, adaptado a las tareas, responsabilidades y poderes y talentos de los empleados. También queremos un sistema de trabajo para promover la cultura del aprendizaje, dando a los empleados más oportunidades para aumentar la empleabilidad sostenible.
