    RPS Analyse BV vindt de duurzame inzetbaarheid van zijn medewerkers belangrijk. Het duurzaaminzetbaarheidsprogramma is erop gericht om eigen regie te stimuleren in het duurzaam inzetbaar blijven voor de huidige en toekomstige taken binnen RPS Analyse. In dit project wil RPS urgentie kweken bij de medewerkers om te werken aan hun eigen duurzame inzetbaarheid. Inzicht krijgen hoe RPS Analyse hierin kan ondersteunen met interventies. Leidinggevenden bagage meegeven om duurzame inzetbaarheid bespreekbaar te maken bij hun medewerkers. Door zowel op team, individueel als leidinggevende niveau workshops aan te bieden willen wij het duurzaaminzetbaarheidsprogramma laten gedijen en medewerkers bewust maken van hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid om te werken aan zijn of haar fit for the job, nu en in de toekomst. El Programa de Empleabilidad Sostenible tiene por objeto estimular la autodirección a la hora de mantener un despliegue sostenible para las tareas actuales y futuras en el marco del análisis del RPS. En este proyecto, RPS tiene como objetivo crear urgencia para que los empleados trabajen en su propia empleabilidad sostenible. Comprenda cómo el análisis RPS puede apoyar esto con intervenciones. Los gerentes entregan equipaje para que la empleabilidad sostenible sea negociable con sus empleados. Al ofrecer talleres a nivel de equipo, individual y directivo, queremos hacer prosperar el programa de empleabilidad sostenible y hacer que los empleados sean conscientes de su propia responsabilidad de trabajar en su forma para el trabajo, ahora y en el futuro.     RPS Analyse BV considera importante l'occupabilità sostenibile dei propri dipendenti. Il programma per l'occupabilità sostenibile mira a stimolare l'auto-direzione nel mantenimento di una diffusione sostenibile per i compiti attuali e futuri nell'ambito dell'analisi SFR. In questo progetto, l'RPS mira a creare urgenza per i dipendenti a lavorare sulla propria occupabilità sostenibile. Capire come l'analisi RPS può supportare questo con gli interventi. I manager danno i bagagli per rendere l'occupabilità sostenibile negoziabile con i loro dipendenti. Offrendo workshop a livello di team, individuale e manageriale, vogliamo far prosperare il programma di occupabilità sostenibile e rendere i dipendenti consapevoli della propria responsabilità di lavorare sulla propria misura per il lavoro, ora e in futuro.
