Bij Nefit Industrial voeren medewerkers fysieke werkzaamheden uit. De gemiddelde leeftijd neemt toe, medewerkers worden lang blootgesteld aan de belasting, ondervinden lichamelijke klachten en het verzuim neemt toe. Nefit Industrial maakt zich zorgen hierover en wil actie ondernemen om de inzetbaarheid te verhogen en het verzuim onder controle te houden. Middels een quick scan wil Nefit Industrial inzicht in aspecten zoals de vitaliteit van de medewerkers, de arbeidsomstandigheden, het gedrag en cultuur om zodoende een gedragen plan te maken waarmee zij effectief en gericht aan de slag kan met Duurzame Inzetbaarheid.
