    Auto-Schade Centraal BV heeft de focus gericht op het duurzaam inzetbaar houden van haar medewerkers. Missie: "Centraal streeft ernaar toonaangevend te blijven in onze branche." Het bedrijf is zich ervan bewust dat het zeer belangrijk is om het huidige personeel zo optimaal mogelijk te laten ontplooien. Om het arbeidsklimaat verder te verbeteren willen we binnen dit project aan de slag gaan met het verbeteren van de leercultuur binnen de organisatie. De arbeidsmarkt verandert snel, het doel is om de werkzekerheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid te verhogen door de huidige werknemers in staat te stellen te blijven leren op de werkplek. De ideale situatie is als medewerkers hun ambities kunnen waarmaken, en als sommigen in staat zijn om anderen te ondersteunen en zelfvertrouwen te geven.     Auto-Schade Centraal BV se ha centrado en mantener a sus empleados de manera sostenible. Misión: «Centralmente se esfuerza por permanecer a la vanguardia de nuestra industria». La empresa es consciente de que es muy importante garantizar que la mano de obra actual sea lo más óptima posible. Para mejorar aún más el entorno de trabajo, queremos trabajar en la mejora de la cultura de aprendizaje dentro de la organización dentro de este proyecto. El mercado laboral está cambiando rápidamente, el objetivo es aumentar la seguridad en el empleo y la empleabilidad sostenible, permitiendo a los trabajadores actuales seguir aprendiendo en el lugar de trabajo. La situación ideal es cuando los empleados pueden estar a la altura de sus ambiciones, y si algunos son capaces de apoyar a otros y darles confianza en sí mismos.     Auto-Schade Centraal BV si è concentrata sul mantenimento dei propri dipendenti in modo sostenibile. Missione: "A livello centrale si sforza di rimanere all'avanguardia del nostro settore." L'azienda è consapevole che è molto importante garantire che l'attuale forza lavoro sia il più ottimale possibile. Per migliorare ulteriormente l'ambiente di lavoro, vogliamo lavorare per migliorare la cultura dell'apprendimento all'interno dell'organizzazione all'interno di questo progetto. Il mercato del lavoro sta cambiando rapidamente, l'obiettivo è aumentare la sicurezza del lavoro e l'occupabilità sostenibile, consentendo ai lavoratori attuali di continuare ad apprendere sul posto di lavoro. La situazione ideale è quando i dipendenti possono essere all'altezza delle loro ambizioni, e se alcuni sono in grado di sostenere gli altri e dare loro fiducia in se stessi.
