De medewerkers van Sonac dragen dagelijks bij aan de duurzame verwerking van organische reststromen en dierlijke bijproducten. Sonac vindt het belangrijk om de vitaliteit van haar medewerkers te versterken en wil daarom in samenwerking met een adviseur een health check uitvoeren. De check richt zich op het bewust maken van de leefstijl en gezondheid van medewerkers. De gezondheid van medewerkers wordt vervolgens bevordert door het stellen van persoonlijke doelen en het geven van tips en tricks rondom voeding, werken in ploegdiensten, het voorkomen van stress. Leidinggevenden stimuleren en faciliteren medewerkers hierbij. Sonac wil door aandacht te besteden aan deze thema’s de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers versterken. (Dutch)

Sonac ritiene importante rafforzare la vitalità dei propri dipendenti e quindi vuole effettuare una verifica dello stato di salute in collaborazione con un consulente. Il controllo si concentra sulla sensibilizzazione allo stile di vita e alla salute dei dipendenti. La salute dei dipendenti viene poi promossa fissando obiettivi personali e fornendo consigli e trucchi sulla nutrizione, lavorando a turni, prevenendo lo stress.
