Het werk bij Leen Bakker Logistiek is een fysiek zwaar(der) beroep is. Om ervoor te zorgen dat dit niet ten koste gaat van de duurzame inzetbaarheid, is het van belang om te borgen dat medewerkers gezond, fit en enthousiast zijn. Om dit te bereiken, is het van belang dat medewerkers (en leidinggevenden) inzicht te hebben welke factoren bijdragen aan de eigen inzetbaarheid. Huidig project maakt medewerkers van de afdeling Logistiek bewust van hun eigen inzetbaarheid en de rol daarin van fysieke belasting. Het project helpt hen op een positieve manier te werken aan de eigen inzetbaarheid, met specifieke aandacht voor het verminderen van de fysieke belasting. Op deze wijze draagt Leen Bakker bij aan het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken, met als hoofddoel duurzaam meedoen bij Leen Bakker! (Dutch)

Para garantizar que esto no vaya en detrimento de la empleabilidad sostenible, es importante garantizar que los empleados estén sanos, en forma y entusiasmados. Para lograrlo, es importante que los empleados (y los directivos) entiendan los factores que contribuyen a su empleabilidad. El proyecto actual hace que los empleados del departamento de Logística sean conscientes de su propia empleabilidad y del papel del estrés físico. Il lavoro di Leen Bakker Logistiek è una professione fisica pesante. Per garantire che ciò non vada a scapito dell'occupabilità sostenibile, è importante garantire che i dipendenti siano sani, in forma ed entusiasti. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, è importante che i dipendenti (e i manager) comprendano i fattori che contribuiscono alla loro occupabilità. L'attuale progetto rende i dipendenti del reparto Logistica consapevoli della propria occupabilità e del ruolo dello stress fisico. Il progetto li aiuta a lavorare positivamente sulla propria occupabilità, con una particolare attenzione alla riduzione dei carichi fisici. In questo modo, Leen Bakker contribuisce alla promozione di un lavoro sano e sicuro, con l'obiettivo principale di una partecipazione sostenibile a Leen Bakker! (Italian)
