Vios Stairs will run the Fris &Amp; Fit program together with DYASS. This is a follow-up to previously carried out vitality-enhancing activities and advice. During the ESF process, the consultant, together with the management of VIOS Stairs and her employees, will work towards a situation in which the advice is implemented within the organisation, in order to work towards sustainable change and cultivation. To this end, the Fris &Amp; Fit program is implemented, consisting of a number of learning-development interventions and supporting activities that achieve implementation. The following elements will be addressed: providing/receive feedback &Amp; communication, interaction with each other &Amp; collaboration orientation, physical & mental well-being (work pressure, work stress, nutrition, movement and relaxation) and leadership & personal growth. VIOS Trappen gaat samen met DYASS het Fris & Fit programma uitvoeren. Dit is een vervolg op eerder uitgevoerde vitaliteitsbevorderende activiteiten en adviestraject. Tijdens het ESF-traject gaat de adviseur samen met de leiding van VIOS Trappen en haar medewerkers toewerken naar een situatie waarin het advies wordt geïmplementeerd binnen de organisatie, teneinde toe te werken naar een duurzame verandering en cultivering. Daartoe wordt het Fris & Fit programma uitgevoerd, bestaande uit een aantal leer-ontwikkel interventies en ondersteunende activiteiten waarmee implementatie wordt bereikt. De volgende onderdelen komen aan bod: communicatie & feedback geven/ontvangen, omgang met elkaar & samenwerkingsgerichtheid, fysiek & mentaal welbevinden (werkdruk, werkstress, voeding, beweging en ontspanning) en leiderschap & persoonlijke groei. Vios Stairs eseguirà il programma Fris & Fit insieme a DYASS. Si tratta di un follow-up di attività e consulenza volte a rafforzare la vitalità in precedenza. Durante il processo FSE, il consulente, insieme alla gestione di VIOS Stairs e dei suoi dipendenti, lavorerà verso una situazione in cui la consulenza viene attuata all'interno dell'organizzazione, al fine di lavorare verso il cambiamento sostenibile e la coltivazione. A tal fine, viene implementato il programma Fris & Fit, che consiste in una serie di interventi di apprendimento-sviluppo e attività di supporto che ne conseguono l'attuazione. Saranno affrontati i seguenti elementi: fornire/ricevere feedback & comunicazione, interazione con l'altro & orientamento alla collaborazione, benessere fisico e mentale (pressione del lavoro, stress da lavoro, nutrizione, movimento e rilassamento) e leadership e crescita personale. Vios Stairs ejecutará el programa Fris & Fit junto con DYASS. Se trata de un seguimiento de las actividades y el asesoramiento que anteriormente se habían llevado a cabo para mejorar la vitalidad. Durante el proceso del FSE, la consultora, junto con la dirección de VIOS Stairs y sus empleados, trabajará hacia una situación en la que el asesoramiento se implemente dentro de la organización, con el fin de trabajar por un cambio y cultivo sostenibles. Con este fin, se implementa el programa Fris & Fit, que consiste en una serie de intervenciones de desarrollo de aprendizaje y actividades de apoyo para lograr la implementación. Se abordarán los siguientes elementos: proporcionar/recibir retroalimentación & comunicación, interacción entre sí & orientación de colaboración, bienestar físico y mental (presión laboral, estrés laboral, nutrición, movimiento y relajación) y liderazgo y crecimiento personal.
