DGN Retail gaat middels een externe adviseur de communicatieve- en coaching vaardigheden van haar medewerkers verder ontwikkelen. Dit project heeft tot doel om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te vergroten, de onderlinge samenwerking te verbeteren en leercultuur te bevorderen. Zowel op persoonlijk als professioneel vlak zal dit de ontwikkeling op individueel niveau vergroten en werkplezier groeien. (Dutch)

El objetivo de este proyecto es aumentar la empleabilidad sostenible de los trabajadores, mejorar la cooperación entre ellos y promover la cultura del aprendizaje. La DGN Retail svilupperà ulteriormente le capacità di comunicazione e di coaching dei propri dipendenti attraverso un consulente esterno. L'obiettivo di questo progetto è aumentare l'occupabilità sostenibile dei lavoratori, migliorare la cooperazione tra di essi e promuovere la cultura dell'apprendimento.
