Fris Facilitair works with a target group who have various problems and therefore sometimes show undesirable behavior. In old thinking there was a punishment and admonition. However, Fris Facilitair has developed a different vision. The thought is now, let’s solve the problems together. Help the employee with his problems. To show that we need each other and interact with each other. This approach leads to a greater involvement and well-being of employees. In the project, we want to develop together with the employees a new culture of dealing with each other, partly based on employee ideas. Hoe kun je zonder zorgen werken als er privé grootte problemen zijn? De aandacht en de focus zijn dan meestal weg. Je hebt andere zaken aan je hoofd en dat heeft negatieve gevolgen en afwezigheid op de werkvloer tot gevolg. Fris Facilitair werkt met een doelgroep die diverse problemen hebben en daardoor soms onwenselijk gedrag vertonen. In het oude denken werd daarop straffend en vermanend opgetreden. Fris Facilitair heeft echter een ander visie ontwikkeld. De gedachte is nu laten we samen de problemen oplossen. De medewerker helpen met zijn problemen. Te laten zien dat we elkaar nodig hebben en prettig omgaan met elkaar. Deze aanpak heeft een grotere betrokkenheid en welbevinden van de medewerkers tot gevolg. In het project willen we samen met de medewerkers een nieuwe cultuur van omgaan met elkaar ontwikkelen, mede op basis van ideeën van medewerkers. We willen samen optrekken en de medewerkers faciliteren in een gezond werkklimaat te werken. (Dutch)

¿Cómo puedes trabajar sin preocupaciones si hay problemas de tamaño privado? La atención y el enfoque generalmente se han ido. Usted tiene otras cosas en su mente y eso lleva a consecuencias negativas y la ausencia del lugar de trabajo. Fris Facilitair trabaja con un grupo objetivo que tiene varios problemas y por lo tanto a veces muestran un comportamiento indeseable. En el viejo pensamiento había un castigo y una amonestación. Sin embargo, Fris Facilitair ha desarrollado una visión diferente. El pensamiento es ahora, vamos a resolver los problemas juntos. Ayuda al empleado con sus problemas. Para mostrar que nos necesitamos e interactuamos unos con otros. Este enfoque conduce a una mayor implicación y bienestar de los trabajadores. Come si può lavorare senza preoccupazioni se ci sono problemi di dimensione privata? Di solito l'attenzione e l'attenzione sono sparite. Avete altre cose sulla vostra mente e che porta a conseguenze negative e l'assenza dal posto di lavoro. Fris Facilitair lavora con un gruppo target che ha vari problemi e quindi a volte mostra un comportamento indesiderato. Nel vecchio pensiero c'era una punizione e un monito. Tuttavia, Fris Facilitair ha sviluppato una visione diversa. Il pensiero è ora, risolviamo i problemi insieme. Aiuta il dipendente con i suoi problemi. Per dimostrare che abbiamo bisogno l'uno dell'altro e interagire l'uno con l'altro. Questo approccio porta ad un maggiore coinvolgimento e benessere dei dipendenti. Nel progetto, vogliamo sviluppare insieme ai dipendenti una nuova cultura di trattare l'uno con l'altro, in parte basata sulle idee dei dipendenti.
