With increasing signals from employees who feel unsafe at work, the Board of Directors, Adviser P&O and the OR have started to look at the possibilities to ensure the safety of employees. A work workshop looks at what employees encounter in the field of safety. This is where new policies must come out of an omt-safe health care relationship and work safely. The Safe Plus approach fits well with this policy. By letting employees talk to each other about dillemas about their own safety and good care, you can remove unsafe feelings and come to solutions together. The approach helps to make everything negotiable. The dialogue takes place between the healthcare staff and also between the driver and the healthcare staff. During this project, we let employees talk to each other and with the driver about safety. In the action and decision-making list, this is reflected more extensively. Door toenemende signalen van medewerkers die zich onveilig voelen op het werk is de Raad van Bestuur, adviseur P&O en de OR gaan kijken wat de mogelijkheden zijn om de veiligheid van de medewerkers te waarborgen. In een werkatelier wordt gekeken waar medewerkers op het gebied van veiligheid tegen aan lopen. Hier moet nieuw beleid omtrend veilige zorgrelaties en veilig werken uit gekomen. De aanpak Veilig Plus sluit goed aan op dit beleid. Door medewerkers met elkaar te laten praten over dillema’s rondom eigen veiligheid en goede zorg kun je onveilige gevoelens wegnemen en samen tot oplossingen komen. De aanpak helpt om alles bespreekbaar te maken. De dialoog vind plaats tussen de zorgmedewerkers onderling maar ook tussen de bestuurder en de zorgmedewerkers. Tijdens dit project laten we medewerkers onderling en met de bestuurder praten over veiligheid. In de actie en besluitenlijst wordt hier uitgebreider op teruggekomen. Door medewerkers te laten praten over dillema's rondom eigen veiligheid en goede zorg kun je onveilige gevoelens wegnemen en samen tot een oplossing komen. (Dutch)

Con l'aumento dei segnali da parte dei dipendenti che si sentono insicuri sul lavoro, il Consiglio di Amministrazione, il Consigliere P&O e le OR hanno iniziato a esaminare le possibilità di garantire la sicurezza dei dipendenti. Un workshop di lavoro esamina ciò che i dipendenti incontrano nel campo della sicurezza. È qui che le nuove politiche devono uscire da un rapporto di assistenza sanitaria omt-safe e lavorare in modo sicuro. L'approccio Safe Plus si adatta bene a questa politica. Lasciando che i dipendenti si parlino di dillemas sulla propria sicurezza e buona cura, è possibile rimuovere i sentimenti pericolosi e venire a soluzioni insieme. L'approccio aiuta a rendere tutto negoziabile. Il dialogo si svolge tra il personale sanitario e anche tra il conducente e il personale sanitario. Durante questo progetto, abbiamo permesso ai dipendenti di parlare tra loro e con il conducente sulla sicurezza. Nell'elenco delle azioni e del processo decisionale ciò si riflette in modo più ampio. Lasciando che i dipendenti parlino di dillemas sulla propria sicurezza e buona cura, è possibile rimuovere sentimenti pericolosi e venire a una soluzione insieme. (Italian)

Con las crecientes señales de los empleados que se sienten inseguros en el trabajo, el Consejo de Administración, el consejero P&O y las regiones ultraperiféricas han comenzado a estudiar las posibilidades de garantizar la seguridad de los empleados. Un taller de trabajo analiza lo que los empleados encuentran en el campo de la seguridad. Aquí es donde las nuevas políticas deben salir de una relación de salud segura y trabajar de forma segura. El enfoque Safe Plus encaja bien con esta política. Al permitir que los empleados hablen entre sí acerca de los dilemas acerca de su propia seguridad y buen cuidado, puede eliminar los sentimientos inseguros y llegar a soluciones juntos. El enfoque ayuda a hacer todo negociable. El diálogo tiene lugar entre el personal sanitario y también entre el conductor y el personal sanitario.
