Projekt se zaměřuje na zvýšení dostupnosti vybraného druhu ambulantní a terénní služby sociální rehabilitace pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Rozvojem tohoto druhu služby chceme především reagovat na avizované neuspokojené potřeby osob, které žijí ve svém přirozeném prostředí a kterým by podpora této služby pomohla v jejich procesu osamostatnění a zvýšení soběstačnosti tak, aby zvládli co nejvíce samostatný a běžný život. The project focuses on increasing the availability of a selected type of outpatient and field social rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. By developing this kind of service, we want to respond to the acknowledgment of unsatisfactory needs of people who live in their natural environment and whom support for this service would help in their process of emancipation and increase self-sufficiency in order to manage as much independent and normal life as possible. Le projet vise à accroître la disponibilité d’un type sélectionné de services ambulatoires et de réadaptation sociale sur le terrain pour les personnes handicapées. En développant ce type de service, nous voulons avant tout répondre aux besoins non satisfaits annoncés des personnes qui vivent dans leur environnement naturel et dont le soutien à ce service aiderait dans leur processus d’indépendance et augmenterait l’autosuffisance afin qu’ils puissent gérer la vie aussi indépendante et quotidienne que possible. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Erhöhung der Verfügbarkeit ausgewählter ambulanter und vor Ort sozialer Rehabilitationsdienste für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Durch die Entwicklung dieser Art von Dienstleistungen wollen wir in erster Linie auf die angekündigten unerfüllten Bedürfnisse von Menschen reagieren, die in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung leben und deren Unterstützung für diesen Dienst in ihrem Unabhängigkeitsprozess helfen und die Selbstversorgung erhöhen würde, damit sie so unabhängig und Alltag wie möglich umgehen können. Het project is gericht op het vergroten van de beschikbaarheid van een geselecteerd type poliklinische en sociale revalidatiedienst voor personen met een handicap. Door dit soort diensten te ontwikkelen, willen we in de eerste plaats inspelen op de aangekondigde onvervulde behoeften van mensen die in hun natuurlijke omgeving leven en wier steun voor deze dienst zou helpen bij hun onafhankelijkheid en de zelfvoorziening, zodat ze zo onafhankelijk en dagelijks mogelijk kunnen omgaan. Il progetto si concentra sull'aumento della disponibilità di un tipo selezionato di servizi ambulatoriali e di riabilitazione sociale sul campo per le persone con disabilità. Sviluppando questo tipo di servizio, vogliamo principalmente rispondere alle esigenze annunciate insoddisfatte delle persone che vivono nel loro ambiente naturale e il cui sostegno per questo servizio aiuterebbe nel loro processo di indipendenza e accrescere l'autosufficienza in modo che possano gestire la vita più indipendente e quotidiana possibile. El proyecto se centra en aumentar la disponibilidad de un tipo determinado de servicio de rehabilitación social ambulatoria y sobre el terreno para las personas con discapacidad. Mediante el desarrollo de este tipo de servicio, queremos principalmente responder a las necesidades no satisfechas anunciadas de personas que viven en su entorno natural y cuyo apoyo a este servicio ayudaría en su proceso de independencia y aumentaría la autosuficiencia para que puedan manejar la vida más independiente y cotidiana posible.
