Předmětem projektu je vývoj nového ICT řešení BSP (Business and Sales Platform) postaveného na základech dvou informačních systémů: BLOGIC CRM a BLOGIC eCommerce. Pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Business Logic je prioritou vyvinout komplexní systém pro zajištění obchodních procesů zákazníka. S vývojem nové platformy souvisí významné vylepšení stávajících řešení (vývoj 8 klíčových modulů, podpora jazykových mutací, přechod na cloudové řešení, řízení obchodu umělou inteligencí). a. (Czech)

The project aims to develop a new ICT solution BSP (Business and Sales Platform) based on two information systems: BLOGIC CRM and BLOGIC eCommerce. To increase the competitiveness of Business Logic, the priority is to develop a comprehensive system to ensure customer business processes. The development of the new platform is related to significant improvements to existing solutions (development of 8 key modules, support for language mutations, transition to cloud solutions, business management by artificial intelligence). L’objet du projet est le développement d’une nouvelle solution TIC BSP (Business and Sales Platform) basée sur deux systèmes d’information: BLOGIC CRM et BLOGIC eCommerce. Pour accroître la compétitivité de Business Logic, il est prioritaire de développer un système complet pour sécuriser les processus d’affaires du client. Le développement de la nouvelle plateforme est lié à des améliorations significatives des solutions existantes (développement de 8 modules clés, prise en charge des mutations linguistiques, transition vers des solutions cloud, gestion des activités liées à l’IA). Um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Business Logic zu erhöhen, ist es eine Priorität, ein umfassendes System zu entwickeln, um die Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden zu sichern. Die Entwicklung der neuen Plattform ist mit erheblichen Verbesserungen bestehender Lösungen verbunden (Entwicklung von 8 Schlüsselmodulen, Unterstützung von Sprachmutationen, Übergang zu Cloud-Lösungen, KI-Geschäftsmanagement). Om het concurrentievermogen van Business Logic te vergroten, is het een prioriteit om een uitgebreid systeem te ontwikkelen om de bedrijfsprocessen van de klant te beveiligen. De ontwikkeling van het nieuwe platform is gekoppeld aan significante verbeteringen van bestaande oplossingen (ontwikkeling van 8 sleutelmodules, ondersteuning van taalmutaties, overgang naar cloudoplossingen, KI-bedrijfsbeheer).
