The problem is that, in order to reduce qualitative and quantitative bottlenecks in the labour market Transport &Amp; Logistics Midden Brabant, there is a strong need for policy and a pilot for a regional mobility centre for Transport &Amp; Logistics. A mobility centre organised from the triple helix that is tailored and specifically focused on the ambitions in the region of Central Brabant and optimally provides for: the inflow from education, side inflow UWV/Gemeenten, mobility of current employees and talent development. Need for this lies in the enormous economic significance of Logistics in Central Brabant. Activities in the Mobility Centre: • Career Centre • Employment pools with matching tools and outflow variants • Assessments • Enlargement mobility • Places of difficult target group (English)

    De aanduiding van het probleem is dat er, om kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve knelpunten op de arbeidsmarkt Transport & Logistiek Midden Brabant te verkleinen, een sterke behoefte is aan beleid en een pilot voor een regionaal mobiliteitscentrum voor Transport & Logistiek. Een vanuit de triple helix georganiseerd mobiliteitscentrum die op maat en specifiek gericht is op de ambities in de regio Midden-Brabant en optimaal voorziet in: de instroom vanuit onderwijs, zij- instroom UWV/ Gemeenten, mobiliteit van huidige werknemers en talentontwikkeling. Noodzaak hiervan ligt in de enorme economische betekenis van Logistiek in Midden-Brabant. Gezamenlijk investeren in mobiliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid is een must om de huidige positie te behouden c.q. uit te bouwen. Activiteiten in het mobiliteitscentrum: • Loopbaancentrum • Arbeidspools met matchingsinstrumenten en uitstroomvarianten • Assessments • Vergroten mobiliteit • Plaatsten moeilijk inzetbare doelgroep (Dutch)
