Primat provides services in the field of secondment and recruitment and selection of highly qualified (HBO/WO) technical specialists for projects in the sectors of construction, energy, water, engineering, installation, refining, (petro)chemistry, food and pharma. The company has experienced strong growth over the last decade. Unfortunately, standardisation as well as optimisation and automation of business processes have not kept pace with this growth. The market of flexible technical specialists has been very dynamic in recent years, so that work processes across the various organisational parts have not grown along. The result is an unwanted number of situations in which internal employees’ working time is occupied by activities for which they are overqualified. This leads to unusually high work stress in the company. Within the Carerix project Primat is working on the improvement in work stress. She does this together with the organisation Carerix which specialises in mapping work processes for recruitment and selection as well as in supporting them with implementation through business software. The project includes a comprehensive analysis of processes and procedures, evaluation, design of a new and appropriate process and its implementation. The involvement and input of staff is essential to the success of this project. Primat aims with this project to substantially reduce the administrative workload of its employees and to better equip the employees so that they can carry out their work more effectively and motivatedly.
