Landstede Kinderopvang staat voor kwaliteit en zekerheid. Dat geldt voor de inhoud van het werk, maar ook voor de medewerkers. Landstede Kinderopvang wil daarom verder werken aan verbetering van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers door een gericht competentiebeleid te implementeren en het mogelijk te maken om oudere medewerkers leeftijdsbewust in te zetten. Daarbij wordt ook gewerkt aan veranderbereidheid en durf, waarmee ogenschijnlijk bedreigende aspecten kunnen worden omgezet in innovatie vermogen en het veranderproces wordt geborgd. (Dutch)
