KCG Baarlo stands for the best range of fitness, rehabilitation and physiotherapy in the Baarlo region. The employees of KCG Baarlo are the most important people because they determine the quality of the service. This project examines, for the benefit of its own employees, what the motivations and intrinsic motivation of the employees are. On this basis, the best method is chosen to increase the vitality, and sustainable employability, of their own employees. After all, with even more vital employees, KCG Baarlo will be able to profile themselves even better to their customers and remain an attractive employer where employees remain employable for a long time. With a project-based approach, the theme of vitality within the concept of sustainable employability is defined in the context and in line with the mission, vision and organisational goals of KCG Baarlo. The concrete (sub)objectives, starting points, wishes, opportunities, risks, needs, ideas and (un)opportunities within the organisation are identified. The final implementation plan describes how employees can best be stimulated in order to promote their own responsibility for their vitality and sustainable employability (= behaviour). Based on this research, a specific, tailor-made, advisory report with implementation plan including the optimal method of assurance follows. (English) | |||||||||||||||

KCG Baarlo staat voor het beste aanbod van fitness, revalidatie en fysiotherapie in de regio Baarlo. De medewerkers van KCG Baarlo zijn hierbij de belangrijkste personen want zij bepalen de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Met dit project wordt ten behoeve van de eigen medewerkers onderzocht wat de drijfveren en intrinsieke motivatie van de medewerkers zijn. Op basis daarvan wordt de beste methode gekozen om de vitaliteit, en duurzame inzetbaarheid, van de eigen medewerkers te verhogen. Immers met nog vitalere medewerkers zal KCG Baarlo zich nog beter kunnen profileren naar hun klanten en blijven zij een aantrekkelijke werkgever waar medewerkers lang inzetbaar blijven. Met een projectmatige aanpak wordt het thema vitaliteit binnen het concept duurzame inzetbaarheid in de context en in de lijn van de missie, visie én organisatiedoelen van KCG Baarlo gedefinieerd. De concrete (sub)doelen, uitgangspunten, wensen, kansen, risicos, behoeften, ideeen en (on)mogelijkheden binnen de organisatie worden in kaart gebracht. Het uiteindelijke implementatieplan beschrijft de wijze waarop de medewerkers het beste geprikkeld kunnen worden teneinde hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid ten aanzien van hun vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid te bevorderen (= gedrag). Op basis van dit onderzoek volgt er een specifiek, op maat gemaakt, adviesrapport met implementatieplan inclusief de optimale wijze van borging. (Dutch)
