VIOS Houttechniek ziet het investeren in onze mensen als een noodzakelijk goed om nog verder te groeien en te innoveren. Vitale medewerkers verzuimen minder en meer gezondheidsbewustzijn leidt tot een hogere en langere inzetbaarheid. Uitdagingen liggen voor VIOS in verschillende domeinen van vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid, bijvoorbeeld: vergrijzing , langer doorwerken tot 67 jaar, verzuim , fysieke werkbelasting en assemblage op bouw projecten. Wij gaan in 2017 werken aan het creëren van een vitale organisatie waar de thema's rondom duurzame inzetbaarheid zowel zijn geborgd in de structuur als de cultuur van onze organisatie. (Dutch)
