Bokxing IT is een jong bedrijf met technisch personeel en veel potentie. De managers van het bedrijf willen het bedrijf en medewerkers ontwikkelen op gebied van leiderschap, communicatie en mindset. De IT is heel compentatief in de arbiedsmarkt. Bokxing IT wil dan ook een nog leukere werkgever worden om voor te werken. Bokxing IT staat open om op diverse manieren te groeien. Bokxing IT heeft de eerste 2 kwartalen van 2016 onderzoek gedaan naar de behoeftes van de werknemer. Hieruit kwam naar voren dat medewerkers meer geprikkeld en uitgedaagd willen worden.
