Deelnemers kunnen kiezen uit wekelijkse fysieke trainingen van Sportief Wandelen tot Kickboksen,inspiratiesessies, voedingsadviezen en Mindfulness, waaronder hulp om beter te slapen en omgaan met werkdruk.
