Harrie Boerhof is de afgelopen 30 jaar uitgegroeid tot een begrip in de groenwereld en heeft zich ontwikkeld tot de groenspecialist van Drenthe. Het bedrijf biedt uiteenlopende diensten en producten op het gebied van tuinontwerp, tuinaanleg, tuinonderhoud, modeltuinen en een groencentrum. Het welzijn van de medewerkers staat bij H.B. Groep BV hoog in het vaandel. Dit is dan ook de reden dat het bedrijf voornemens is om een extern deskundige in de hand te nemen die zal inventariseren waar mogelijk verbeterpunten liggen en hoe de duurzame inzetbaarheid nu en in de toekomst kan worden gegarandeerd. Middels een bijdrage op grond van de ESF regeling duurzame inzetbaarheid is het mogelijk geworden om dit project met behulp van een professionele deskundige vorm te geven. (Dutch)
