    De organisatie flexibeler en lerend maken door het samenstellen van vijf zelfsturende teams met elk een eigen teamleider. De teamleiders worden begeleid in het ontwikkelen van nieuwe vaardigheden om hun nieuwe functie naar behoren uit te kunnen voeren.
