Binnen dit project word aandacht besteed aan de ontplooiing en groei van de medewerkers. Individuele coaching trajecten liggen aan de basis van het project waarna competenties worden gestimuleerd tot de gewenste richting. Het ambiëren van zelfsturende teams worden gerealiseerd door het talent van de medewerkers te stimuleren. Vooropgesteld word een werksfeer waarin meer ruimte is voor differentiatie, ontplooiing van talent en groei voor alle medewerkers binnen de organisatie. (Dutch)
