QNOC Services is growing, both in employees and in projects. The entrepreneur’s wish is to create an organisation that is entirely based on competences and personalities. An organisation that stimulates employees in their personal development and entrepreneurship, increasing productivity and engagement. To achieve this, both the entrepreneur and the employees want to continue to use the help of Bureau NineTien. Last year, the commitment of Bureau NineTien has given a clear boost to the growth of the company and to the employability of its employees. QNOC Services would like to continue this process. The European Social Fund enables us (with financial support) to launch a sustainable employability project. During this project, QNOC will conduct research on the sustainable employability of all its employees. The goal here is to further develop our organisation in which a clear structure, commitment, productivity, collaboration and continuous development are central. The investigation is carried out in cooperation with Office NineTien (www.negentigtien.nl). In dialogue with employees, management and management, an implementation plan is drawn up in the field of sustainable employability. Bureau NineTien supports us in realising the implementation plan. By going back to the core and by aligning business and personal objectives, there is a sustainable link between personal ambitions and the business goals of the organisation, the director and the staff. QNOC Services is volop aan het groeien, zowel in medewerkers als in projecten. De wens van de ondernemer is het creëren van een organisatie die volledig is gebaseerd op competenties en persoonlijkheden. Een organisatie die medewerkers stimuleert in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en ondernemerschap, waardoor de productiviteit en betrokkenheid toeneemt. Om dit te realiseren wil zowel de ondernemer als de medewerkers de hulp van Bureau NegentigTien blijven inschakelen. Afgelopen jaar heeft de inzet van Bureau NegentigTien een duidelijke impuls gegeven aan de groei van het bedrijf en aan de employability van haar medewerkers. QNOC Services wil dit traject graag voortzetten. Het Europees Sociaal Fonds stelt ons (met financiële steun) in staat om een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsproject te lanceren. Tijdens dit project zal QNOC onderzoek laten verrichten naar de duurzame inzetbaarheid van al haar medewerkers. Het doel hierbij is het verder ontwikkelen van onze organisatie waarin een heldere structuur, betrokkenheid, productiviteit, samenwerken en continu ontwikkelen centraal staan. In samenwerking met Bureau NegentigTien (www.negentigtien.nl) wordt het onderzoek verricht. In dialoog met de medewerkers, management en directie wordt er een implementatieplan op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid opgesteld. Bureau NegentigTien ondersteunt ons bij het realiseren van het implementatieplan. Door terug te gaan naar de kern en door zakelijke en persoonlijke doelstellingen op elkaar af te stemmen, ontstaat er een duurzame koppeling van persoonlijke ambities met de zakelijke doelen van de organisatie, de directeur en het personeel. Dit vormt de basis voor een goede interne organisatie waarin medewerkers met plezier kunnen werken en waar groei en ontwikkeling centraal staan. (Dutch)
